yeah..also the same happened with me, unable to get accessories even on authorized service counters like earphones, charger etc. The phone antenna is not that strong. Even with full range, callers are not able to connect. Unhappy :-(

My Handset touch stopped working on the 11th month of purchase, luckily service centre guys replaced it free of cost. but very delayed service of 20 days. im talking about Lava service center in Karnataka. Overall nice phone, been using for 11 months

Once i need to visit Lava Service Center and i found excellent service by lava. My issue was display so i was told to wait for 15 days after 15 days i got my handset but i found that handset is heating up a lot when i deny to accept the handset again they give me 7 days time after 7 days the gave me a latter for replacement and i got replacement same day. Now i am using Lava mobile more than 14 months and i am completely satisfied and there is no complaint in my handset. NOTE: I am talking about Delhi Service Center other cities service center's experience may be different or may be same. I am completely satisfy with Lava Service. What about micromax service center is totally worst they are not ready to rectify problem micromax just want to sale their product but can not give service very bad experiences with micromax service center even in Delhi.

Guys! If you are looking for a low priced big screen phone then you definitely need to give the 550Q a thought. The phone has tons of really neat and awesome features that make it one of the best large screen devices in its range. The screen is quite cool with thanks to the HD screen and watching movies is really fun. The large battery is good enough to last 2 to 3 movies easily.

bought the phone 5 days ago, but still finding new issues daily. somehow Cell broadcasting service starts automatically, and i receive 3-4 messages every minute, its quite a nuisance. and there are few apps which are behaving strangely like virus and i am not able to uninstall them, like playapp.

I bought this mobile almost a month ago on flipkart..It is really good..I found that the ringing volume is very low..I have lava iris 404e and it is much louder than this..This is the only con of this mobile that I've found so far.. When will lava announce 4.4 update for this mobile? And also no screen guard or flip covers are available for this mobile..Please make them available in the market..I really need a new screen guard for my mobile..

pl check the handset first..i mean physically...with antutu 13800 its worth the price...and pl..lumiaaaa...is a big no no...anyone who has used android..cannot live with lumia nonsense.limited app and poor performance on lumia devices. UI of any android is much much better than win. Lumia is only for those who have not seen any smartphone...it can be their first experience. And about this fone.. battery backup is good...camera is good even in low light...performance is lag free even for moderate heavy use....android devices are optimised for such performances....look is premium...don't look at the picture shown here...checkout at an outlet..and yes OTG is supported..infact boxpack includes OTG cable which is nice. and a flip cover...and a screenguard and a nice set of premium looking in-ear headfone..enough for a 12.3k device...and the present price of handset is 12.3K

its easy go to settings>more>tethering & portable hotspot> then connect ur cable to computer and mobile the do not 'turn on USB storage' then check the box next to USB tethering. U r done now. Make sure in ur computer network detection in LAN settings is set to automatic. This feature of tethering is available in all devices JB4.1 and up.
