The guy at Fido Phone Company said the battery has permanently died from being drained and sitting around for years. The guy at the shop CellPR said a new battery is $30, but that he wouldn't spend it on such an old phone in February, 2019. So I put the phone in his recycle bin.

This is a nice phone that can be a little slow but is perfectly fine to use. The only thing I would say though, is that whoever said it has great battery life lied! I have to charge it every day which is very annoying.

Please think twice before buying this product. Poor touch response, low battery backup, hard buttons(call buttons on front) etc... Many apps not supported in this phone. LG care ....not to say.

It's a horrible phone. The resistive touchscreen is VERY resistive and unresponsive. I've had mine for a year and a half now and it lags very often. The battery life now lasts for about an hour before beginning to flash the 'Low Battery' sign. & when I charge it, it charges fully in about 5 minutes and is flashing Low Battery 10 minutes later. You don't receive all calls and messages. You can't open MMS messages. My phone has recently decided not to use my internet data package and the WiFi has stopped working. The QWERTY keyboard is used just for typing and cannot be used to control other features. The 'Social Networking' apps already downloaded don't work and are very unresponsive. The widgets have all been deleted. It's a Java, so you cannot download any proper games, or WhatsApp and even YouTube doesn't work. I've had a horrible experience with it and will be changing it very, very soon. I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

I am using it from past one year. Touch scren has lot of issue. I have replaced the touch pad 3 times in a year. When touch screen stops working, even though it is qwerty the phone is not designed for full functioning with the qwerty key board. Good in terms of look but, Average phone in terms of quality.

LG GT350i is easy to handle but some of the features are missing.. for ex. we can't put the silent mode in Video camara. We can't go to the menu option directly using key board to perform allthe actions using only through touch screen so we need screen card is must in this mobile but nowadays the scratch card not availabel in the market even Univercell also.

My LG GT350 was my favorite so far. If they hadn't steal it I woul'd have keep it till the end of time. It really suited me the keybord with touchscreen. Really is awesome!!!!If you're thinking about buying it I woul'd totaly recomend it!!!

It's a horrible, horrible phone. The resistive touchscreen really sucks...most unresponsive! Complete waste of money. The only redeeming features are the physical keypad and a decent battery life. Buying this shit was one of my biggest mistakes...don't make it yours!

I have had this phone for 3months. I enjoy it but there are also CONS(bad things) One is the touch screen sensor is very low. Another is if you text without the QWERTY keyboard (by touchscreen) its like a phone without a keyboard.When you reply back in text it doesnt show the conversation Another thing is this phone is slow[probably cuz its 2G]but there are also good things about it! :) Like the battery life is really long!

Hey, ermmm i've read loads of reviews and i want this phone for christmas... But wifi/WLAN is a big thing for me! From my review reading, i have noticed 50% said that the phone did ahve a wifi/wlan capibility but 50% said thisfeature was not available. you cant watch or play youtube vidz on your unless you have an installed video converter. youtube videos are not compatible with this phone. you can try converting it to a ".3gp" format and it'd work.

It depends on what you're looking for in a phone. I used this for almost a month. So for my comment is also on the touch screen where I also find it a bit relatively unresponsive atleast compared to other phones. But for simple call and messaging function. It works pretty well, specially with slide in keypads. As I often found myself overtyping a message that goes beyond 160 character limit. I also haven't encountered any hang issue as reported by others. Also one thing that I find annoying is the image viewer where after zooming image, it still gets pixelized even though the pictures are a high resolution. Pro -Good Battery life -Good function to feature against other phones on the same budget -Typing in keypad is great Con -Touch screen not that responsive -A little bulky -Few theme, only the comic style -Speaker are subpar but not that bad

One thing that I noticed since I bought this phone is the touchscreen. It's not that it's bad, but it's just not as responsive or sensitive as any other touchscreen phones. Mine takes several presses sometimes before it responds, or I'd have to press the screen really hard. When I first noticed it, I tried re-calibrating the touch feedback, but it didn't make any difference. I find it annoying sometimes. Im also not able to login on my windowslive account using it's windowslive application, though Im sure that the setting is configured correctly. It keeps saying "Network Error" (whatever that is) although Im able to connect to my internet. But other than those problems, I somehow find this phone pretty reliable, I have dropped it several times to the point that it came into pieces >_< but it still works great.

Just bought this phone today. Aesthetic wise, I like it. Though a bit heavy compared to other phones, its totally fine with me (just an assurance the phone is still in my pocket at times). Slide mechanism works well and the button are crisp. The one thing I'm having problem is the touch sensitivity itself. The touch mechanism is resistive technology so Im not if its just this phone or to everyone, but I need to press hard enough specially when sliding across screen for it to be recognized. Just my initial comments, will post at another time.

I'd already transfer my songs from my computer to my phone, I did was set my phone into mass storage when connecting to my pc.//you can also use Pc suite..but you need to install the CD from the package..i hope it helps..

"Maximum limit of applications reached" happens when you exceeded the number of applications that you can use at the same time or when you multi task. What you need to do to fix this issue it to at least end one of the apps that is running on your phone's background, for you to be able to access/open another application.

I have had this phone now for three months and i have to say i absolutly HATE it At first it was fine but now the camera has stopped working, it keeps loosing siginal while my brother has the KP500 on the same network and he doesnt have this problem, I can expect it to freeze up on start up about twice a week as well as expect it to completly freeze sevrel times a week, Pros- Nice Design Good Battery Life Responsive Keyboard Cons- Freezes alot Predictive Text is usless as it cannot spell Touchscreens responsivneness dies within 2 months very poor now Its not very good at running apps that has been designed for the phone Poor Quality Camera Lack Of Memory Rubbish Webbrowsing capabilities I Advise People to stay away from this phone and opt for somthing Better Myself i am going for the LG P500 Optimus One

Been using the phone for almost 2 weeks (I got the black unit with silver qwerty). Overall its a decent phone for its price PhP 7,600. The qwerty keyboard is a big plus but you can also have an option of using an onscreen keypad if you don't want to use the sliding keyboard. The screen is big, clear and responsive. It never hanged on me like some users complained about. Sound quality is clear. Battery life is 2-3 days.

ey sam. just go directly to the folder where you saved the game. say u saved it on My Stuff>> Others.. from the OTHERS.. it should appear. if not go to the external memory (where a memory card icon is shown and u might ber able to see the folder where u actually saved it. when u click the game. it will ask u if your gonna install it...

check the model first if the unit indicates gt350i for internet then it has wifi... usually there is wifi written at the cover of the battry

the max capacity micro sd you could use in the phone is only up to 8gb.. there is a possibility that the unit would hang if you exceed the max capacity

just got the phone(gt350i) a couple of days ago and i find the unit easy to use the touch screen is very responsive. havent tried all of the apps in the unit but everything seems to be working fine so far and havent encounter any problems as of yet.. will post my comments again after a week..

i think the gt350 does not have wifi.. but here in th philippines they're selling the gt350i model which comes with wifi capabilities.. i would suggest to try out the unit before buying to check if it has wifi usually malls have free wifi access..

Its a really a good phone...outgoing... and what i like about it is that it has a fun style font which is a change for those boring default fonts you always see in your phone, it also has widgets, and tons of features like facebook, twitter. I can say it is for a social animal...lol Oh, and by the way, it has wifi.... the coolest!

What issues did you have with the KS360? In my experience I have seen over 50 of em and only issue was battery on one. This is the KS360 + touchscreen and bgger memory slot capacity + better talk time.
