I visited a customer care centre In dombivli west where the service was pathetic they 1st told that the phone will be repaired till 5pm and when I went there to receive it they gave reasons that phone was not repaired and when I reacted for their act the senior over there misbehaved and started talking that you won't get your phone back do whatsoever you want to do also he misbehaved with my mom by talking in really disgusting way. It is required that the senior over there should be given proper training for behaving with ladies.

I have given my micromax spark 380 for repair on 30.07.2016 at csd infocom,Kolkata as its right key was not properly working. I was told I shall get my repaired phone back within 8 to 10 days. But even after one month I do not get back the repaired phone.

Very poor customer service. I have bought canvas Nitro 311 and after 11 months its mic is not working, then given to service center for repair. They sent the phone to head office for repair and time is given for 25-30days for return of the phone. With my continuous follow up they replaced another phone with oridinary packing of polythene paper and delivered from service center of Vizag. With in 2 days again new phone has given trouble, then given back to service center and they said this phone also having mother board broblem hence send back to head office and you may get back phone 25-30days. Now around 10days complete and my phone is still in service centre. I think they has given old used phone for replacement of existing phones nitro 311. It is gods grace may work and may not work of micromax phones. . This type of services they are providing. I have talked to their executive and still they are taking some more days to deliver my phone. Very poor customer services and My sincer suggestion of everybody pls do not buy any micromax mobiles other wise you are in trouble.I written so many comments and send mail also but Micromax company management has not bothering and not responding on that and also they need not required customer satisfaction and they simply through their product in the market and sell them like us. bought a micromax tab which failed to work on 38th day. as per customer care advice submitted the tab to their authorised service centre on 8th dec 2015, still havent received yet. they said it was sent to delhi for repair. so you wait for 30 days for a mobile which fail on 38 days.

DO NOT BUY MICROMAX Phones... Worst customer service. The toll free number never get connected. Even if connected by chance, it will disconnect very soon. And if we say the problem to them, they will simply say "our technical team will get back to you". This will never happen. Nobody will call you. You have to call them again. After trying 100 times, you may get a chance to speak to the customer care person, and again the story repeats, saying "our technical team will get back to you". The worst service I ever experienced in my 37 years.

I want to share my experience of using Micro max cell phone and its service in Patiala, City Center Service Center. The Phone has good features and Designs to attract you. But the Hardware inside Like Selfie Cameras and Board Get heated if you use for bit longer. I gave my Phone to Micro max Service Center Located in Patiala, City Center. Its almost one month my cell phone is still there. They don`t not pick Phone . They messaged me. that your Phones is Fixed, But when you go to pick your Phone, It has same Problem which was reported one month ago. No Testing is Preformed. They said me we are sending the Phone to Company,But Guess what is not True. People are so much shameless, They don`t see someone is coming from too far to get their phone, They will lie all the time. Very Very Poor Service and Products. I had purchased Micromax Canvas A310 handset. After 02 months it starts heating badly. I gave it in service center & after 20 days they are saying it will take 20 more days. Their service center condition is also very bad. They are full every time & there is no ethod to attend the customer. If electricity goes then they have no way to deal customer. All screens got switched off. No AC is working there. And if you will call on their number you will find it busy for 30-40 minutes only after that you are able to talk. Very very bad experience. Please don't purchase micromax ever. Micromax is not reliable. Their Global customer care also doesn't know any thing. Their engineers doesn't know what is the fault & how to solve it. Every body is just passing their time in micromax. Very very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that Micromax endows. They stand last when satisfying customers is concerned. A total mess they are! There is no proper organised method to attend customers, plus their customer care numbers are always busy. And accidentally if any of their executive picks the call also, its not 10 seconds before they put your call on hold and you'll have to wait for another 10 odd minutes.For instance, I own a Micromax Unite 2 which use to heat a lot which caused the device's motherboard to melt. Me like any other customer gave the mobile for service. The executives at the service center scheduled the delivery after 20 days. I had no choice but to wait. I waited and waited and its the 48th day(7th week), no finalized delivery date yet in spite of all the pestering I did all throught these 48 days. I am fed up!! So please do think twice before going for Micromax. I am totally displeasured with the service they deliver.

This is my worst ever experience with Micromax care-jayanagar Branch especially. I had given them smartphone for touch screen malfunctuining issue. As it was under warranty, they took 25 days to get it changed. I was very happy when the phone was home delivered. But, when I started using it, I am shocked to know that 3 more issues I faced with cellphone. Speaker, Touch screen hang up and simcard pocket loose. Without any option, I delivered the phone to carecentre. As usual, they received the cell for repair. Its now 30 days over, still my cell phone is at thier Gurgaon office. No idea when I will star using for myself !!! 1) Landline is always busy 2) No response from the carecentre team even after self visit 3) When asked for the escallation, they didn't know their manager and his number Very pathetic. Buyers ... please think trice before you go for Micromax...

I bought a Micromax Canwas 2 phone 5 month ago with warranty of one year. Since starting, phone had many problems as such..Hanging, Camera problem, Heating battery. I also shown my mobile to Micromax service centre, but after some days, same problem. Finally mobile got permanently switched off two months back. Again i shown to customer care, they said phone switched of due to vapor. Now they say they have to change some thing which will cost 9000. This is completely nonsense when you buy a phone with 11000, and within 6 month you again pay this amount Total Cheating. Before you buy this instruments please visit the service center of Micromax, it is always full and jam packed, I bought a Canvas4, I never switch off my phone, but I did once and then it never turned on, handed over it to exclusive service center, even after 15 days they have not returned my phone, and I am on my spare mobile since then. So please heaven sake nobody should buy this Micromax instruments and it is our moral duty to pack off such cheating companies. Micrimax seems to have earned its reputation as a 'cheap brand'. Bought an Android One phone recently - the phone packed up within two months. Gave it for repair - estimated time for repair - 15 DAYS. Unheard of but true. The phone did arrive fully repaired on the 15th day exactly as promised; with one minor issue though - they sent the wrong phone! An A 106 in place of the original. And their process for fixing their mistake? 'YOU bring the phone back to the service centre and the 'correct' phone will reach you in another 15 days'!! When the world is moving to unprecedented levels of customer service, how are these companies managing by taking their customers for a ride?

The problem was in my mobile that always charges only on offline mode, I have given my mobile Canvas A117 Septmber 23,2014 to service center shahadra Durgapuri chowk and they told me your mobile need to send Micromax company and mobile will be return within 1 month, but now around 2 months has completed but ihave not yet received my mobile and when i ask service center they always says when it will be return from the Micromax company they will contact me.This is my very bad experience with Micromax.

I have a canvas 4 and the touch screen as well as the lock key is gone bad. Gave for service on sep 22nd 2014 and till date(18/10/14) they say part has not arrived. Same thing will be replaced at S.P road in couple of hours. Micromax service is the worst. What will you do with a year warranty if once given for a service and they dont return it for a month. I would suggest that dont ever go for a micromax phine.

Buying a micromax phone is not worthwhile. I bought micromax canvas Magnus A117 and with in 6 months it started troubling me. All the apps were getting closed on its own. Sometimes opening on its own. It became pathetic to use that phone. Then it started rebooting randomly. On showing to service center they installed the software but phone had same problem. On 28th aug 2014 I gave my phone in service center N020121-0814-11794906. They said its touch is not working and it will take 21 working days to get the phone working. Touch has to be replaced. On contacting service center they told us company has not sent the touch yet. Pls call the toll free number and file a complaint. On contacting micromax customer care they told me it will take another 20 working days and then I will get my phone. It is complete waste of money

DO NOT BUY a Micromax phone. I bought the phone in Dec. Within 6 months the phone started to reboot randomly. I took it to the dealer who handed it to the service centre. After 2 weeks we were told there was a problem with the board. After another 2 weeks, we were told the board had been replaced but there was a problem with the display. Now 6 weeks later, we still dont have the phone. Once again, DO NOT BUY A MICROMAX phone. They are the worst phones in the market and their after sales service is horrible.

Within six months, my micromax canvas hd battery gone, visited nearer service center, they thrown the ball on me that because of over charge battery got bulged. So I cannot get replacement. Frankly speaking I never over charged. I spent 1000 bucks for new battery. With in 4 months again it started creating trouble. I could have spent money on samsung or nokia brands. Waste of money.

Dear friend,get in touch with 3-4 guys who have had terrible experiences with Micromax devices,service center personnel or appellate authority people..Try approaching the consumer court and send a notice to Micromax.Photo of the notice letter should be circulated through whatsapp.Micromax will automatically bow down..Samsung's attitude and products improved when people took them to court over faulty/pathetic Metro series phones.

Hi, After sales service of Micromax is very poor, frustrating and painful. You will lose all the charm of owning this brand once you have this experience. I have submitted my phone in the V-Serve service center in noida on 10/12/2013 and since then my phone is not returned back. I visited the center and escalated the issue but I am disappointed from every person to whom I tried to contact. After escalation, I received a call from Mr. Varun from Escalation Team and I was very much disappointed from his attitude and behavior. He was not ready to listen to me and was literally in altercation mode. I was really annoyed by the way he argument and gave baseless reasons for not repairing and returning the phone. I asked him to tell me exactly who is actually accountable from Micromax side. Micromax says, go and talk to service center and service center doesn't listen. They seem to be totally unprofessional. I lost screen of my handset Canvas 2 in just short period of 2 months after purchase and went to Service Station at Udhana Bus Stop - Surat...They are not ready to take complain as lot of pending cases with them finally they took my handset & replied to come back after minimum 25 days and after lot of follow up i had got my hand set after 2 months...After reparing by service center now my handset lost lot of features and unable to access many features ... I have purchased MMX A75 mobile from vadodara in may 2012. there were some problems in that phone so I went to authorised service centre at vadodara - D.S.Mobile on 5th april 2013, on 6th april service centre return my mobile without doing anything in the mobile and these problems were as it is. on 12th april, 2013 I again went to the service centre and show the problems in the mobile they deposited the instrument and give me a job sheet no. W010384-0413-3408161 AND told me that it takes some times approx. 15 to 20 days because the touch of the mobile is not availble in our service centre so we write to company, company will send us the touch and then your mobile will repaired. O.K. after 15-20 days I call the authorised service centre for the instrument but the only reply is " still company has not send touch of A75. today on 1st june (approx. 50 days after) I make a call to the company directly on 011-44770044 (the number given from the service centre) company launch complaint which will answer after 7 to 10 days that when I can get my repaired instrument back (still not confirm the time limit) very poor service.

This is to all the people who are interested in micromax, never buy any micromax mobiles it has the worst service, ask anyone who has given their mobile for service anywhere they will take around 3 months to give it back that to only if you are lucky ptherwise they will still extend the time. There is no guarranty for even small physical damage. Actually my A110 canvas screen got broke i have gave it for service around 2-3 months back and the still haven't given back, in case of samsung and other mobiles whatever it might be they will clear it in a week if not possible they will choose to give a new one. there are still so many problems in micromax never buy it.

The Micromax A100 is big, good performance, fantastic screen with 480 x 782 pixel resolution 189.62 ppi and refresh rate of 60. It may not be as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note but it will definitely turn heads. And for a price of under Rs. 10K it will not hurt much even if you accidentally drop it

Yes M 100 promised much but delivered little. My set went dead within a mth therafter service centre took 1 month to repair it. Again it is showing problems like song volume gets very low on its own and you have increase it to the highest to listen it. It takes quite no of attempt to start it. It hangs very often and requires sw off and sw on again. If you keep wi fi on it becomes dead and doesn't pick up once again on its own in a wi fi zone. Overall poor set. After sales service is just too bad. Pathetic.

I have purchased Micromax A100 at cost of Rs.10200, Just within 26 days mobile is dead, I reached to service center, and they told me that motherboard is to be replaced , and its 45 days and still its not repaired, Customer care center is telling 15 days more every time I call, and aggressive tone, they says we are at customer care center not at service center so that we can tell you time for repair, and service center is telling that part is not available it will take time to reach here from abroad. Don�t buy micromax�s any phone as they can�t provide service and even using cheap parts which sucks within month.

I am sorry it doesn't lag it just sleeps. when the phone rings the screen remains blank for nearly 25 secs and after that I get a no. and 10 secs after that I get the name of the person calling. To play AVI, MKV, VOB, and any other format in Micromax A100. Download Moboplayer in ur cell. And while copying any video file frm PC to SD card if its giving error so dont worry just ignore that error that error and copy the file and play that file in MoboPlayer and it will work definately... I watch all type of format only in MoboPlayer...

Hey thanks, i can play now avi files. But i am surprised that I was already having MX player and avi files too. However same was not playing. Den I installed MOBO Player then my cell started detecting avi video files. After that MX player was able to play avi files and no other player was playing it including mobo player. I removed the MOBO player and normally tried to play avi file in MX player. It worked from that point forward. Surprised.!!

Autofocus is not present in the phone , The AF system is totally face and a cheap publicity stunt from Micromax. . The camera is bad. flash is very poor. The screen flickers sometimes. A bad product from Micromax. I am Hoping if it remains usable for atleast 1 year as my Rs. 10,300 has gone. :(

Its all from a generic manufacturing company and the whatever name you want on the phone. Thats how MicroMax mobiles are coming. Hi, I have come across a problem with A100 and Vodafone sim cards. Occasionaly, especially when 2G internet is ON, and I get / call someone, the other person gets hissing disturbance. my fone's screen is flickering after 15 days of using..i fot it on 5th october. and due to that all of a sudden withut any damage or anything.. it has also become slow which i guess due to flickering screen! and whatsapp is messed up in my fone!! its showing different names. so that can be quite dangerous to me!! the fone got hanged 4 times in 15 days. i have to restart it after one day on an average. and the worst part is RAM is too less..!! my normal processes take up 280 to 300 MB which gives me 77 mb of usage!! anyways i dont still complaint about it!! I just doubt this fone on the reliability issue. screen flickering ,very slow at time!! But i got to be honest friends weather you like it or not!! i will not buy any micromax product again not cause i hate it.. but i didnt find these delicate android fones reliable! thanks!! Great phone looking at the price. I bought it for 13000 from Mumbai, including scratch guard and leather cover WhatsApp Gmail Browser Gallery Gtalk Facebook Twitter etc apps working smoothly. Camera picture quality is not so great but acceptable. For real photos I always use real camera and never used mobile cameras so far. So for me its not -ve point. 3G working smooth. Dual SIM feature also working smooth Just connected to PC via USB and Windows & detected both internal and external SD storage. Battery in standby (using Dual SIM with 3G) lasted about 1 day and 10 hours = 34 hours approx. Performance could be problem if you install more than 20 apps. But I use this phone for calling/chatting/browsing so this is not a issue for me. I have only 15 apps installed which I use daily. If you want more apps with good performance install Advanced Task Killer from Google Play Overall gr8 phone !

You should set the memory to internal memory (around 1.5 GB is available) and then you should be able to take a pic. Default is external memory card and since you dont have a card, photo cant be saved.

Guys I waited long enough for this phone to come into stock. It didn't. While I researched, I came to know its original name, i.e. manufacturer name and its K-Touch, a purely chinese company so even thought of getting it ordered from there. Then I saw the karbonn a 18. Phew, I was bowled over. I bought the karbonn a18 for Rs 9750/- last saturday and I'm so thankful I dint waste my buck on MM A100. If its a budget phone, its nothing but a karbonn a18.

I have been using this mobile for 3 days. So far I feel the mobile is a good buy for ~10k. Pros: In call voice quality is good. I am very particular about this! The 5 inch screen is absolutely brillant, clear, and has nice viewing angles!! Didnt expect this much from this phone which doesnt boast of any display features like IPS or AMOLED. The OS is very good. Phone performace is satisfactory without any lag. 3G/Bluetooth/WiFi are very good. I have used my phone for 200 MB of download from 3G in two days! I have installed a lot of apps. The RAM is still showing some available space. Also most of the apps run smoothly. Decent gaming. The earphone quality is surprisingly better than expected. Also MMX seem to have fixed the 3.5 mm jack problem which some ppl complain. Cons: Assume the phone doesnt have a camera, if you want to buy. The 5MP camera takes pictures which are grainier than those taken with my old Motorola L7i (5 yrs back). Its that bad. Also its saved in an inverted format. The charger given by MMX is not ok. It charges the battery upto 60% and then it kind of cannot charge fast. I worked around this problem by using an LG GS103 charger, which is rated as 5.1V, 700mA, against 5.0V, 800mA of MMX (believe the output from the charger is lower than 5.0 V, so this phenomenon). The charging with that charger completed in 1-1/2 hours approx. Not sure if gps works. I didnt see gps signal, but maybe I didnt get to see it in a correct place, because others claim it works fine.

i bought this phone just yesterday this phone has a pretty good touch which can be matched to any samsung phone the clarity is decent too..it looks just like a htc phone! the phone doesnt hang a lot so the 1ghz processor is good for the popular apps like temple though it may not match upto the standard of the iphone i used previously(it was stolen) the screen size and the awesome price makes up for it if you are not a high profile gamer you should go for this phone.

I am using A100 since past 1 month and so far I am satisfied with the overall performance. 5 inch touch screen is very responsive & produces brilliant colors. Only facing problem when I turn-on Wi-Fi, phone goes into hang mode and need to physically remove battery to start it. This is a random problem though and could be specific to my handset.

Hello friends, I have bought a100 two days back in vadodara. The phone is absolutely stunning. Dont rely on ppls stupid comments, (may be there a problem in older lot). But its really working fine as per the performance is considered. +ve thoughts: 1. very good display 5 inches. 2. do nt lag in games (Only downloaded 4-5 games of 10-29 MB size each) & videos (MX player). Very good processor & ram 3. I inserted 16 gb mmc & 9 GB is full.. But still working very smooth. 4. Very good sound quality in hands free, loud speaker talk & direct playing music. 5. Battery is amazing.. It was 60% when i unpack my mob. It lasted for 29 hours guys and dried. I charged it for almost 4 hours in sleep mode & got 99% of charged (dont knw why not 100%..:(...) 6. Touch is suuuuppp.. I too have HTC one V.. Its almost similar touch. 7. Zoom is tooooo goood. 8. What more we want for 10K.....!!!!!!!!!! -Ve thoughts: 1. Some issue when seeing pictures from gallery.. while sliding to nex picture it showed "No Thumbnail" randomly many times. 2. Many a times on clicking some options in Settings, it showed similar message which says "Launcher is not ready. Wait of force close it". This happens 3 times.. bt had not crashed down. 3. Glass is not gorilla glass not provided. So chances are there to have scraches. 4. Camera result is good bt cannot compare it with 5MP of HTC... (Still there is sticker on camera lens, so need to check after tarring it) But for 10k, its awesome. 5. The negative thoughts are not much stressing me. SO for me its oke..

you are right, there is one service center in gurgaon named Mobile Phones India have got signed service center agreement from Sony smart phones first, then for Blackberry, then for Samsung Smart Phones but they all closed one by one after two or three months continue, as per owners confirmation of the service center all those company not listening customer's complaint or avail faulty parts for long days and in this scenario customer get anger on service center, and the company also not pay to service center timely as they have a rented location which they have to pay anyhow after complete the month but company pay to service center very small amount around 5000, strange even service centers rent is around 20000+electricity bill+drinking water for customers+other etc. and then he got micromax service agreement and now they are happy as company avail faulty spare parts on time and other problems also resolve with immediate effect from company side.............so guys think we should spent our money on indian company

it's awesome yaar .If you have problem with handset than go with samsung cheap handset .I have galaxy y and it is crap.I am proud that i have purchased it and i know there is problem but comparing with samsung it is very less.My samsung phone has a simple problem of ringer and they takes two months in noida to repair that.Now you can understand in india every company give scrap service.Even BB,SONY,HTC adn motorola share the same service centre with themselves in noida and other place of india.

I waited for this phone for months. Now i have used this phone for nearly 1 month. I love it.. Wait is worth it. I have not gone across any issue till now. If you like a big screen definitely go for it. Video and Gaming experience better then phone in the range 10k to 15k.

friends i know that you all are wiling to buy this phone but you are unable to do so because some of the negative comments given above . don't mind them, some pieces were faulty but now micromax has improved. i am owning this phone from a fortnight(a couple of weeks) and i have even downloaded many apps and games they are all working properly. gaming experience is great on this phone on such a big screen at this price point. i recommend you all to go for it if you wants to step in a new world of tech,android world and smartphone. luv you MM.

I have been using mobile phones since last decade and a half and have enjoyed various models of several companies and in August end I opted with a lot of enthusiasm to buy Micromax A-100. Within a few days I knew I made a wrong choice as I found that the device would hang and shutdown when ever any application for example 'Camera' was run. The phone was neither able to handle the Micro-SD card nor any application and would switch off repeatedly. Now since 29th September it has gone to sleep for ever and it does not switch on at all. The same has been experienced by all who so ever have bought your new models such as A-84 and A-87. I feel very strongly that Micromax withdraw these models from the market and honorably refund our hard earned money ASAP.

My Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V also hangs when i play temple run... Finally i was so irritated that i deleted the game... So what i conclude is to play high end games you need to have a dual core processer phone...so nothing problem with this phone so far gaming is concerned...

guys go for xperia tipo.don't waste ur money on cheap chinese phones.Though xperia tipo screen size is small compare to A100,but u will get all the features

guys plz make u aware this mobile is only best for net not for gaming it's hang while playing ex temple run so think twice before u go for it as it has software problem as big thing always comes in small package not everytime with the money when matters

plz dont buy this phone... i brought this phone on 7/9/2012 and after 2 weeks of use its speaker got complaint and when i opened the case i saw its battery got swollen and not able to put it back. after 2 days battery size again increased even though i was not using the phone causing the battery burst slightly at its top and when i brought it to service centre they said i cant claim warranty as its battery got burst and a new one will cost 570 something.. anyway i am going to consumercourt and i request everybody not to buy this crap for 10k eventhough it had amazing features ....

Hi friends, according to the distributors of Micromax, this phone is in huge demand,almost all the stocks are sold.everytime stocks are coming and being sold very quickly.and in almost all the website this phablet is minimumly browsed and viewd 140000 times till now and the demand is increasing. so the company is going to produce in a bulk of mode bcoz those who have got the phone luckily like me know how great the phone is. Have patients friends u must get this.

Hey Kunal, you are absolutely right. They should have tested it properly before launching. But nobody's hard earned money is getting wasted. Customers who complained are getting full refund of their purchase now. My friend also got one defected handset but he got his money back within 1 week from micromax.

Dear MMX Hater, everyone knows that the first dispatch of a100 mobiles was buggy. About 70 to 80% users reported problems. But all the problems are being resolved now & i insist you to wait for the next dispatch before putting anymore negative remarks against it. You just researched about the phone on internet with no hands on experience & behaving like micromax should shut down.

hey man, its a china product,but that does not mean its a cheap phone. every big brands like samsung,lg,nokia make their phones in china.bcoz the labour charge is lowest there and shipping charge is also less. now lets come to the point,we think china phones are cheap bcoz some worst chinese brands are coming to india without giving tax.they do not have proper material or technologies.but that doesn't mean all the chinese brands are cheap. for example lenevo,maizu they are leading brands of china...listen micromax is giving proper warranty and thats what matters.if there is a problem with service centres u cn alwayz go to consumer court.and about the product, all major product from major brands face some glitz or lag,thats not bad and micromax is working on all those bugs and relaunching there products soon.so b patient and 3 cheers for a100.thanks.

I don't have any personal dislike for MMX. Even I was looking to buy A100. But when I got this phone is unavailable I research about this set and got the real story. You can take a look problems of real A100 users here, it's not only me, everyone using this having problems. If MMX is a real manufacturer then, they should run proper testing before launching this.
