I am using MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT A350 from 2014. It has a big problem only that battery is in-built. Other way it is good to handle or operate the system. It was best product at that time. But now a days many new smart phone have launched to have better option in this product competition. Look dear all every phone has a similar feature except any one feature will be different from others. So you can judge urself which feature is require to you main. In my vision every phone above Rs.8000/- are usable or not usable it is your choice only. Thanks

Mircomax Canvas Knight A350 phone is the worst phone I ever seen. Please don't buy at all. Sometimes my Phone automatically gets switch off & switch on continuously till battery power gets over as you can't stop by removing battery as it has in-built battery. After One year of purchase I experienced speaker phone problem with this phone which cost me Rs. 1300/- . So my humble request to you that if you don't want to face any problems with your cell phones, then please don't buy any micromax products. Worst products.

Thanks for allowing me to present my experience about micromax service. Let me tell you this is one of the WORST services that I have ever experienced. I had given my mobile for repairing because of heating issue as well as touch screen issue almost 2 months back (on 04/11/2016) with jobsheet no N030417-1116-26283010 in Nashik, Maharashtra. That time expected duration was given 7 days. Now it’s almost 2 months but not even a single step is taken regarding the issue. Even today if I check my mobile phone status, it still shows next 7 day. Every time the answer given is, parts are not available with the company. I have a question if parts are not available then why we should send our mobile to company. I have taken new Samsung mobile at least the service part is good. Take home message is Micromax provide cheaper phone that is equivalent to cheap mobile quality and cheap after sale Micromax service. In overall rating of service they should provide multiple options for selection because I will rate this service has poor service regarding quality of product, repair time,repair quality as well as behavior of Micromax people. I will not recommend anyone to go for any of Micromax mobile.

Micromax is the Indian mobile company so that why i purchase micromax mobile but after use i saw their product and service is worst. I have a very bad experience with A350 phone, even under warranty they replace my mobile with 2 month efforts and now again after 7 month same issue is happened again. Some time its touch is non responsive, some time power button is not working, some time it repeatedly auto power on off and so on. I see the lot of user review they also facing same issue and they are also frustrated. Even their service center taking 2-3 month to replace mobile. hi to all Suddenly My Micromax A350 canvas Knight phone stopped working. No damage to the phone i mean it was working perfectly and just the other minute touch is non responsive. Tired the restart tried to going to recovery mode but when i press power button to enter it doesnt respond i can scroll through all the options in recovery mode but cannot select anyone using the power button. Power button works normally everywhere else. First question can it caused using a software update or something??? If yes how i roll it back as cant access the phone at all. Secondly if it requires the touch replacement I can get it done from service centre. But I neeeeeeeed to have the backup of the phone especially the pictures and videos... How can i do that without having the access to anything on the phone. is there a software or something which I can install on my pc and it can detect the device and take the backup of it completly???? Any help here would be greatly appreciated?

I have been using Micromax Canvas Knight A350 2ghz octa-core version for 18 months and i didnt face any problems with this phone until after approx 16 months of usage.It began to slow down.So i factory reset the phone and its again in perfect condition. I have recently purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Since the unboxing, I am facing wifi issue. For the first time after first switch on I was able to connect to wifi, but to my surprise after sometime i can't access internet though wifi is connected. I have no problem with wifi network as my another Samsung phone and laptop has no connection or access problem. Then i tried to connect the wifi after doing "forget password", but after I retype the password it shows "connecting", and sometimes "obtaining IP addresses", but never actually getting connected. For all I have to do for connection is to reboot the phone, and it automatically connects to wifi without even any need of typing the password. Please help resolve this issue. I have heard the customer support is really bad for Micromax.

The auto restart problem has a simple solution. When the problem occurs then press all 3 buttons together for at least 30 sec. You will find the problem is gone away for a sufficient period of time.

micromax a350 and other high-end phones have an inherent problem of not taking charge.when you connect a charger, phone does not take charge.in few months of purchase, the problem started.the authorised service centre is tutored to extract money by hooks and crooks for any service even during warranty period and make various excuses and finally don't repair free of cost.the same problem reappeared three times in my phone in 15months of purchase.as particular spare is made by company only the cost used to be very high,as intial cost of mobile is intentionally kept low to trap the customer but finally they make up during repair and servicing.

Micromax A350 has very less space on its own..most of space is in Sd card..phone starage gets filled pretty fast.than even if 90% of sd card is free, it doesnot let you download any app. I hv moved all the app to sd card whatever cud be moved but its of no use..this space has become completely useless...anyone knows what can be done

Even after 2 years of release it holds specs score more than or equal to most of the latest releases.But unfortunately, Knight is discontinued by Micromax and is no longer supported. I don't know why this was discontinued, the best phone ever with fastest processing power. I salute the Knight.

Please do not opt for micromax. it is good as long as it is working. first of all it suddenly starts misbehaving it goes on & off on its own, service centres in mira road and Andheri have no answers for that,. My phone stopped charging, within warranty period, service centre says is will be chargable, even after they charging 1550.00 the phone malfunctions. it charges in off mode and not when on. service centre says something is wrong with your phone it is not our fault. then they assume that the mother board might be defective. we will have to send it to factory it may take 1 month. they even damaged the phone while opening. Other service centre in Andheri, says you will have to keep the phone for 20 days we will get the spares and repair it may cost anything between 450 to 3000 Rs. they are not confirming the problem. they themselves don't know the reason for malfunctioning. illiterate staff at counter, they have just screwed my phone. I even complained to micromax. first their mail bounced reason being overloaded mailbox exceeds quota. resent it again but got an ordinary reply and suggest other service centres. please do not buy Micromax even if they give cheap they do not have after sales service like samsung and nokia. they just keep selling phones as they also get them done in china. nothing local. only money makers are local. Please say NO. to micromax mobiles

I too faced the same problem with updating system apps like hike, true caller. I wrote to MM. They sent a link to update the apps. But one thing, you never get software update for successful models of MM. I am using from more than a year till today no tiny update. Very pathetic.

forgot to post few more issues: 2) Google maps crashes everytime when we start navigation after we update to the new version of maps. Only work around is that you have to restore to default from App management. 3) Updating default apps like Hike, kingsoft office, mobile security causes "Package not signed" error --> means i am not able to update Apps. 4) No sure if its general issue with all, but i get loads n loads of adds to install this app, that app, that offer this offer kind of messages in status bar. I am not saying that this phone has only bad experiences, but if i see good feature experiences are masked because of some of the issues which i have mentioned.

Its been 8 months since i purchased this phone. below is the list of problems till now. 1) WiFi- Will not detect the connection many times, ( saved / new ) , even when connected , when you start to browse or watch a video online, suddenly wifi disconnects and if you check wifi connection is "Out of range" :-o . While my other devices ( laptop , tab etc) are happily connected. I will not be able to find and connect to wifi again until i restart my phone. Similar but not so frequent with 2G connection as well. But wifi problem is worst.

1. Purchased in August 2014 at Rs. 21,000/- (ONLY). Price Dropped to Rs. 14000/- Within 3 Months. 2. Good phone. Good Camera but average image size goes upto 7MB. No hanging problems. Good gaming experience. Battery backup very low (Need to charge twice a day). 3. But in 6 Months screen got burnt. Touch screen issues occured. 4. Submitted at service centre in February 2015. After communication of 2.5 months received brand new replaced handset (THANKU SO MUCH MICROMAX). 5. But (HAHAHAHAHA) same issues occurred with the new handset in 6 months. 1 year Warraty finished. So cant do anything. Using it with so much irritation. 21k handset not even worked for 1 year. 6. But my old Micromax A52 purchased in June 2012 at Rs. 6000/- still working in good condition.

Its a very bad phone... Micromax should work on the operating functions. I purchased it in Oct'14. After six months the screen is not working properly. Sent it to the service center and till now its pending with them... Got only apologies from their side. Refunding only 50% money.... I had registered the complain in consumer forum.... I brought Micromax A 350 in May 2014 . after a year, it got dead. changed the motherboard worth 7000 bugs. within 1 month of changing the motherboard, the battery got swollen and the side keys are not functioning proper. The price for changing the battery is 3000 bugs. The after service is very wort. Don't buy this phone. even don't trust micromax though it is indian company.

It's not only about A350, rather all Micromax sets. After only 9 months of use the touch is not working properly, over heating and there's an error msg Every few minutes that Sim 2 has been removed. This was the same issue i faced with Canvas 3D. Now comes the Service Centre into play which is disgusting. The after sales service is pathetic. U will regret buying Micromax.

Bought Micromax Knight A350 in November 2014. Two days back its battery was swollen due to which its back cover came out. I placed order for battery with authorized service center. They can procure the same after 8-10 working day excluding Satyrday-Sunday, i.e. almost 2 weeks. Surprised to note that Gurgaon/ Noida to Delhi to Goa why it should take 2 weeks. Well have to live with it. Today the same mobile screen is working on-off. have to go back to old NOKIA X-2 with started without any problem. Just re-charged it. I feel these comparatively cheap high spec smart phones which are flooding the market are they really upto the mark of the international/ Indian standards of quality. I feel my next phone can be SAMSUNG or some better brand with backup good service.

Dear All dont go for A350 because getting following issues after months time. 1.This mobile having dual sim and i have 3Gdata on SIM2 and SIM1 has normal one,Every time i am getting msg as SIM has been changed and automatically SIM2 3G Connection transferring to SIM1 and automatically Dataconnection getting off mode and i am changing ervery time and when i contacted local Micromax Service centre they said SIM1 only supports 3G data and SIM2 support only 2G data hence SIM2 automatically getting off and 3G data transffering to SIM1 . 2.On checking the mobile number from contacts getting error msg as " Unfortunately , Dailer has stopped". Local Micromax service centre people saying some virus effected mobile and need to update software for chargeable. 3.Back side of the body getting heat frequently while talking on phone Dear Mobile Users please rething while going for A350.

Hey,Its one of the finest phones at its price. I used sony erricson sti18 for Rs16000 within 8 months of use its bluetooth suddenly started malfunctioning and the phone went in booting mode never to be operational a complete disaster never expected this from sony. Now i purchased micromax knight a year ago and say CHEESE!!!! Awesome phone no regrets!!!!!Go for it....indeed a powerful phone.

I am having a problem in my wifi of canvas knight.. Many times the wifi gets hanged and it stops to respond..I have to then switch off and on the wifi to solve this problem and not only 1 time I have to switch off and on 3-4 times then my wifi starts to respond. People please dn't buy any Micromax product.. Cheap parts used to make high end phones and on top of it worst customer service with worst service center.. I have this phone less then a year I have to visit more then 3 time for charging port issue, Side Keys not working and phone restarting automatically.. They have hidden repair workshop in there service center where they do whatever the want to and then charge customer stating that it was broken because of us. Micromax is cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaap product.

Its been a year passed & I have no problem of using it. Headset was replaced twice but phone is giving me more of Iphone 6 experience. FRONT 8MP camera is superb for Selfie & this is the best part of this phone. Beside this Memory Storage & Battery Life is too good. Read many reviews that it had heating problem but mine is upgraded one I believe. & till now I have not experienced any heating issue. Go for it.. worth buying it. I have got a complaint on my Micromax canvas knight A350 was not charging. Their Ernakulam Service Centre (GCDA Complex Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala) told me "its charging slot defective and it has repaired by only our Delhi service centre". I agreed that, and they had take my phone and give estimated repairing days 8-10. I was trying many times to contact them trough phone but they were not responding. After 11 days i have got a call from Ernakulam Service Centre and they told me "they have not send my phone to Delhi so please cooperate us for some more days for repairing". I am very very dissatisfied for their responsibility and service. So I am take it back from their. I am also regret to purchase Micromax Mobile such a higher amount Rs. 19649/- Mobile age is just 11 months only.

I went to the Micromax service and the first thing they asked me if I dropped it .....or put in my pocket. The mobile had not a single scratch or mark on it. Micromax A350 is a great phone. I have been using is for last 9 months & I haven't faced any issue. I have earlier used Sony Xperia, Samsung, Nokia but this phone works really great compared to my earlier phones. It's been about 1.5 years since micromax launched this phone but I can tell you today also you will not find many phones with such configuration for so affordable price. If You are thinking of buying one then you should surely go for it

When calling some times it create disturbance in voice and call will disconnect automatically and it is not a sim card problem it is by handset. 2. Hi... I bought a Knight A350 in Nov '14 and can't regret enough for the worst decision of my life. The battery back up is pathetic and if you use for apps, it discharges so fastly, say in 30 mins. Next, the screen, which had a small crack and when I went to their store to change, they asked me Rs.8500. I continued with the same as it was working okay, but in about 2 months, it started crazily rebooting and one fine day it didn't switch on at all. The phone has since been in their service centre for a good 3 weeks now and now they say warranty doesn't apply as the screen is cracked but there is a software issue, which should be no way connected to this crazy behavior of the phone. They don't have spares too and it was so hard for me to explain to them that the issue was not the battery or the charging chord but other hardware. Now they are asking me to pay Rs.13,500 to rectify the phone. The service too is so pathetic. They never keep you informed or even pick up your calls. I have written to the company too but they have not responded till date. So, please don't waste your money on this product.

Hello, I have a 6-month old micromax A350..the issue is that suddenly the data usage has risen and that too due to "REMOVED APPS". In the data usage tab it shows that the max data is being used up by "REMOVED APPS". The phone charges as well as discharges normally only if data package is off. If ur touch is not working does not mean that your phone is trash. This happens sometimes because of how you use your phone. If your phone recieves a jerk or bump of some kind, the hardware assembly comes loose and the touch panel's connection with the main chip off the phone comes off. This can easily fixed by taking the phone to your nearest Micromax care.

I'm using it for the past 6 months. It has given me nothing but pleasure. It is an awesome phone. Spectacular camera, smooth hardware specs and an awesome screen along with quite a good speaker. Not so good audio quality through earphones-fixable after root. Needs a change of ui-customize launcher or flash a new rom. This device definitely needs to be rooted. Works fine with kitkat itself so no need for the newest android update. Heats up pretty quick upon playing games. Exceptional camera quality, but noise seen when zoomed in.

Where I can take only incoming calls through my ear phone. I went to the service center where the response is very poor and not obliged. I made a mistake to buy this Micromax. Guys how to improve sound quality in this phone? The inbuilt music player is not good. There is no bass effect and wide stereo while listening in headset. At first i thought it was of headset quality but later i realized that was music player's issue. Even low cost mobiles produces good quality music. I totally frustrated for this issue. Micromax promotes that this phone included with yamaha amplifier which totally rubbish. Guys any idea to improve sound quality while listening music. Please help. Mine is upgraded version (Kitkat) and please advice how to downgrade to ICS?

Worst phone i have ever seen. U have to dial every number two times. Cz on the first dialing the person u will be calling to, is not able to listen to ur voice. But u can listen his/hers. So u have to disconnect the call and dial again. Then it works. Head ache it is. I m facing a problem right from the day i purchased.

Not worth buying for. Worst phone I ever used. Issues like heating up and short battery life are very common in this set. One more major issue which I experienced was navigation buttons or we can say touch navigation buttons stopped working suddenly now I am not able to use my cellphone because of this. If somebody know the solution for this please reply back, it will surely help a lot. thanks in advance.

I have been suing this phone from last 6-7 months. All i can say after reading most of the reviews that most people are having problems with it but I don't know i might be lucky I haven't faced any problems. The phone is simply amazing and the camera quality is quite amazing except fot the auto focus which is not quite accurate at night and tends to leave behind white and light colored patches in the pictures but otherwise no other issues. Also i faced heating issue while playing games but then i found a solution in the developer setting in the menu where the cores can be optimized and reduced. Even running the phone at lower frequency and cores the heating issue is resolved to a great extend and no such lag is faced cause no games yet utilize the full capacity of a octa core processor. The games i have played with the processor frequency reduced without lag ate GTA 4, Asphalt 8, N.O.V.A and Modern Combat.

purchased the product from amazon, got it delivered well in time. But my experience with phone was pathetic. I have been using micromax canvas 116 for nearly 2 years. It is pretty good and only problem i feel is gps positions and navigation accuracy is a bit out perform compared to samsung mobiles. And about hanging, i can say micromax can be no1 in hangfree. Ihave friends using micromax and all of that with deasent configuration showing stunning performance. No hang at all. Again rooting the phone will mean you lose the warranty on the phone, instead you can uninstall updates and disable to applications that you do not require.

Hey, if you are trying to uninstall pre-installed apps, you will need root access to remove those apps as they are part of stock rom on your phone. If its not pre-installed app, there should not be issues in uninstalling the apps, if you are still facing issues due to some reason, backup your phone and perform factory reset. Take Care

Hi, I have been using this mobile for almost a year now. It is a very good phone. The only problem I faced was that due to overcharging (maybe I kept it for charging the whole night) the phone suddenly stopped working and closed down. It did not start no matter what what I did. But it was rather easy - just had to reset the phone. I think the 16mp camera with auto focus would not want the user to buy any digital cam. The perfo is very good no matter how many apps started. In all a very good choice. In India you should get it for INR 22K.

I bought this phone couple of months back, the problem is whatsapp. Am unable to use this app, the app (whatsaap) works only through wifi and does not work from my sim. The worst part is when i complained the same to service centre they used some technical terms that there is a problem with the screen (but the touch screen is working fine) and that needs to be changed but dint not give a clarity of what the excat problem is, more they took my phone for service and dint not give for a month, everytime when i call up the only answer i get is they have not received the component and it will take 1 week then 10-15 days then again 15 days. Please please don't buy this phone. I had worse experience buying it. The post service and spare part are much much costlier then other good brand phone.I bought Micromax A350 somewhere in Mar14 when it was newly launched and within 6 month the digitizer (screen glass) was broken. When I call up their service centre to replace the broken glass, I was surprise to know the cost of replacement. It was almost the same price at what the phone was costing @14500. When I ask them its only screen glass they said I have to replace entire panel as only screen glass is not available. They clamed the screen glass is gorilla glass and will not broke so easily. The mobile fell just from a normal height and with very low impact but still the glass broked

Having very bad experience. i brought this mobile before three months ago, after 15 days start by blinking display & darken gradually.I contacting locsl service center here in Rajkot ,they detect Level 3 service repair.I submitted my mobile.they said it will took 10-12 days for repair,need to replace Display.after number of chase,even now 45 days past there is no any Answer from service center. one readymade answer parts awaiting. Even though I Complain at Micromax Toll free no. Regarding this matter no answer. They made my life horrible, After paying Rs.20,000.0. No any responsibility for after sell service. Bought this phone on 31 Dec 2014. Better than any phone I've ever used. Big apps, no problem. big video quality, no problem, back camera, no problem. Selfie? Best ever... Something to complain? NOTHING AT ALL... Pricing very low.. Features are awesome. Can have massive apps like Asphalt 8,fifa 15, gta san Andreas and real racing 3 all open in background all at once. Still doesn't hang. Never ever buy Micromax phones. I am using A350 Canvas Knight for more than 4 months. You have only limited space for apps and also without our knowledge u will see lot of apps installed MMX. Camera is ok and not that great. Battery Sucks, you will not get for continous 10 hrs with 3g on all the time and with moderate usage. I have no sim detected isuue in my second sim, i am afraid to give this to service because they will keep our devices for more than a month. Bought it for 18k, people who spent some additional 5k and went nexus are at lollipop 5.02 and this device is still at 4.4.2.MMX really the worst in providing updates. Made a big mistake in purchasing MMX. Please never ever buy MMX phones.

I have brought Micromax A350 from Amazon in month of Novemeber. I a month touch stopped working. I went to service center and deposited my handset for repairing. After many follow up I got message from Micromax that handset is repaired and you can collect it from service center. When I went to service center the phone was switched off. I tried charging it but it was not charging. After lot of argument they said phone battery needs to be replaced and they again kept the set with them. After few days I got a call from service center that phone motherboard is damaged and it needs to be replaced. The handset is still with Micromax till date and there is no timeline when it will be repaired. Don't waste your money.

I had purchased the phone Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black-Gold) from amazon.in on 25th of Oct. In just a month and a half (14th Dec), without any warning the phone shut off. I couldn't charge it or turn it on. I went to the service center in Mumbai where they told me it is a motherboard problem and that it would take a month to repair. Fine. I gave it for repair. I got it back after a week or so. But within 10 days or so it started having problems again - the phone would heat up while charging, even after charging to a 100% the phone would shut off after 2 hours, it would shut down abruptly. Now again it has shut down completely and does not charge - the same problem as before. I have gone again to the service center today. They tell me now that there is a motherboard problem, battery problem and an RF cable problem. What the hell kind of repair did they do then that the phone is now worse than before?? At the service center, I saw that they had very optimistically placed only 12 chairs, perhaps thinking that there wouldn't be many complaints. Well, let me tell you that the room was packed with lots of people standing with no place to sit. So many people with defective Micromax phones! I heard a man talk about how his phone has been used only for 2 months and has been in repair for 8 months, I understood then what kind of service I could expect for my phone and have given up hope. My problem is this: A) Micromax makes shoddy phones B) Micromax does shoddy repair work. Either that or the phone is so bad that even repairs cannot save it. For now my phone is in the warranty period so I don't have to pay anything. But what happens after that? I can fully expect that this phone will go kaput every month or so. I don't even have the time to keep running to repair centers for this phone. All I can think is more than 15,000 rupees down the drain. I wish I had used that money to buy a better and more well known brand like Nokia or Samsung. Micromax has turned out to be completely useless - a waste of time and hard earned money. This is the message that I am spreading to my family, friends, acquaintances and colleagues. - NEVER BUY MICROMAX. Please stay away from the trap of cheap, useless phones.Micromax is just one step above the Chinese knock off phones on the streets. Perhaps even a step lower. I have a better tagline for Micromax (rather than Nothing like Anything) so that there is truth in advertising and the public knows what it is getting - MICROMAX - Something like human faeces. A lot like regret.

games are not the fact.asphalt 8 or other game are run in any 1 gb ram device.so that is not the right reason for buying knight.the camera quality is better.ots wrong.if you want to take a pic then buy a dslr or other not buy knight the parts and battery is very poor and the performance also.

there is a common problem with all phones of this model. 1. if u update MAPS it will crash only the factory vrsion go smoothly. 2. the 360 degree panaroma sensor show error most of the time. 3. Pre-Installed apps like truecaller, WPS office etc show "Signature error" of pre-installed versions and can't get updated. Using this phone from last 3 months but never been to Service center coz these errors can be ignoreed when u see the looks, Camera quality and fantastic performance of this phone with a Dracullaa processor n 2 GB RAM. Conclution: you can't get any other phone at this price range that can stand in front of it.

I had bought micromax canvas knight A350 in mid october.. Within 2 months the touch stopped working . When i went to micromax service center in sector 17 vashi mumbai, and ask for software update whether it could be software problem, they asked me to come in evening. In evening they said they have updated the software but touch is still not working. I asked them to show me my phone, and what i found that they had not even touched my phone because i can see my missed calls and message in notification. Shame on such an incident. Later they updated software when i force them to do so. Touch didn't work even after updation of software. They asked me to submit the phone to send it to company to repair touch screen within 10-15 days and said that they will call me when my phone comes back from company.. I waited for 18 days but no response from them. I called them and asked about my phone. It was a shock for me because they had not sent my phone to company and said that they will repair it in 3-4 days maximum. If they didn't have to send my phone to company, then why do they told me so and take so much time. Now its 5 days and my phone is not been repairedby them. Is it the service Micromax provide to their customers?? Is it the way to solve the problems of customers? Is it the product we have paid for ?? Do we need to buy the micromax phones so that we can give it back to micromax ? Is it so , that i have paid micromax full payment to use the phone for just two months ?? Frustated from the service, need answer or i have to go to consumer court .

I am using A350 for the last 2 months. Faced a few software issues. But the worst part about Micromax is they have extremely pathetic after sales service. I am also using Turbo a250, which started rebooting on its own and frequently hangs. I gave it for servicing to Indirapuram service center and received it after repeated followup only after 50 days. To worsen the situation the problem still remains the same. Based on my poor support experience I will never advice anyone to go for Micromax phones. Such a poorly customer oriented company may soon receive the similar fate of Nokia. Though grounds are different still when brands who aggressively pay attention to customer problems exist in market with better products why will this brand continue existing ? Micromax seriously has to rethink their after sales service strategies or they will soon see sharp decrease in their market share.

Rear camera photo size is around 7mb.The front camera is also very good with good low light shooting.It is better than samsung 8mp camera as well as sony 12mp.The pictures are smooth even after zooming.Some heating problem while playing games and the phone seems litte delicate to me,not like sturdy phones of samsung.Rest everything is good .Smooth touch and kitkat os is good.

You just have to turn on the auto rotation feature. Since your auto rotation is off, there is a conflict with gyrosensor when u turn on the 360 panorama nd hence the error. Enjoy :)

Hey Guys! I am here to clear all your doubts on the Canvas Knight A350. I wasn't sure first after using Canvas 4 for more than a year if i wanted to go for MMX again. However after looking at A350, i really wanted it. So here comes the review. ( I can be awesome in praises. But i will be brutal in wrong things too.) So here goes, After handling the phone in hand, it felt pretty good. The phone looks and feels solid! MMX has done a good job with Body Design this time. Performance - It is quite impressive. In gaming and other stuff. However, there is one thing. For the most absolute hardcore gamers, this may not be the best option. I have played good games in this. From Injustice:Gods among us to Dead Trigger 2. The problem? This phone can't play these games on High Graphic Detail. I had to bring my graphic quality to Medium or even low at sometimes to play Dead Trigger properly. If you play extensively for like 30 minutes, the phone will heat up. But even our desktops heat up if we play BF4 and Graphic intense games on it right? Display - Visual quality for Videos, movies and wallpapers is very classy. The pictures are high on detail. Sound- Sound quality for songs is pretty good. I still have no idea, what Yamaha amplifier does, but can't complain either. Camera - Camera is very good. Nice Detailing. But sometimes you can see noise in the pictures. Not a big issue unless you are a photography enthusiast! Storage - It depends on your use. Like me, for me music is of utmost importance. My phone still has 16GB free in it. Because i can watch Full HD movies in my home PC as well. For those who don't,it still has good amount of storage. An extra slot for Storage card would not have killed them though. Software- It was launched with 4.2.1. After a lot of shaming and outrage, they finally gave it Kitkat( See, the brutality coming up). Software is made t be smooth on phones. However, it feels like a launcher for KITKAT than an actual software update. I mean, if i install a custom launcher i get an option of choosing a Launcher 3 or my custom installed launcher. NOT COOL! Features - Some features have been reduced since Canvas 4. Like The Blow to unlock and other stuff. Not important actually. But then again, What the hell! I would recommend this phone to a new person to the high end phone segment. I have purchase this micromax A350 Canvas knight but disappointed with it total waste of money. Hang is the first problem i face after 5 days of purchase. after 2 months screen stop working sometime. Some how i manage but it permanently stop after 15 more days. When i get it back from service center problem is of battery start they first replace touch panel and then battery. after it heat problem still in phone and sometime hang. Now again screen stop working. It produce access heat on continues use of 1 hr effect start on 15 minutes. Suggest you not to purchase.

A350 RESPONSE... Helloz... root means that u can change operating system by acting as a developer. If u domt understand the word root then its better u dont root your phone. U need to b like an expert. I advice u not to root. Just upgrade android to 4.4.2 by going to setting and ABOUT PHONE and update.

Because it gives u 16 mp cam, 2 gb ram, octacore proceror. The procesor and ram gives u more than moto g 2. And IPS display with 441. I bought A350 canvas knight few weeks back,its cheap and attractive handset with good battery life but both ear piece and loud speakers are below average; you can hardly recognise who is talking on the line! Wish Micromax improve it.Others features are quite appreciable and have enough room to compete with heavy weight brand.

Yes, there is a problem of heating, but only when you are using camera for a long time. thats fine if you are taking 16mp photoes then processor will get heated. But if you think that heating is the problem then let me tell you that even Apple iPad has the same problem. On the other hand. The camera is perfectly fine and is above my expectations. front camera is also too good. I im in love with the design of this phone. The HD dispaly is also very good. hey brother, do one thing, go to software update and uncheck the wi-fi only. you should have mobile data bundle enough to download the firmware update to take place. if u recently purchased then it should be kitkat version but if u purchased long back then it will be jelly bean.. thanks

I had purchased Canvas 4 in sept 2013, almost 2 months phone was in service centre due to repeate problems. Company selling sub standard product.better to buy other brands. The phone is overall good with a 2gb ram and 1.7 ghz octacore processor and android kitkat.But does the phone really have a 16 mp rear camera?It doesnt looks like because when pictures are taken with it,the quality looked like of 6 or 7mp camera photo.Another thing is that it has no external memory card slot internal memory available is only 25 gb.What will happen if it gets full?Android keeps on giving updates to its apps and games.I dont think the phone will satisfy everyone even though it has a full hd display.Lumia 530 or 730 is far more better than this.

Bought this phone a month ago. Its actually cool to have a phone with these features at such a low price. So far its going really well. Only a few issues. 1. Quite often I get sim card removed message even if the sim card is very well inside. The suddenly it recognizes the sim and everything starts working fine. 2. If I play a game or skype for more than 30 min the phone heats up a lot. 3. Google maps app is crashing all the time. Hope its not something to do with the phone.

I purchased this around 15 days back and this is my review based on my use till now This is an amazing amazing phone to use. It is top class and great Features. I have the white-gold version with the kit-kat version. Looks amazing though the gold is rose-gold and will go beter with black. Certainly like an art piece. The iphone concept is very beautifully used. The only problem is it is fingerprint friendly, specially the glass on the back. But u can use the back cover that comes with it. Secondly sits very nicely in the palm or any flat surface. Its very sturdy and not too heavy or light. Just perfect The picture quality is reallly gooood. Though may not be good enuf for the 16 mp camera that it claims but its still good. Front cam is 8mp and its alright, again not good enuf for 8mp though. But nothing to worry about. Picture quality is way beyond finee The display is brilliant and crystal clear. I am totally enamored by it The sound quality is also nice and about the processor, just WOW. It is very fast. I am using so many apps all at once and not once has it lagged in all this time I have used Now last but not the least. The battery life and here I'll go as far to say I have found the perfect companion in that department. I have used it so much, music, surfing, whatsapp, games (not hi-def) and I had to charge it next day. Worked for a whole 1 and half day!!! The battery does not drain at all and I would give it 5 star just for the battery Now some people say it has heating problem, and I encountered it too but its nothing serious is what I felt. Since it always had the cover on I noticed this problem rarely. And I have not encountered any wifi problems yet like some people has said. Secondly it hanged once on the day I bought it. And that was very scary since u cant remove the battery but later it fixed itself and that did not happen again. I am just worried that I would not need to go to the service center since mmx service is pathetic. If service is a major concern than don't go for MMX Otherwise really good fone. Got it for 15.5K so feel it is worth it. I am in love with it

Guys, I am using Canvas Knight A350 since last 6 months. Till today i didn't get any issue with this phone. Its unbelievable phone in this price range. No heating issue (heats norml same as other metal body phones). I am using it roughly but never found any issue. Also GPU is so fast so never faced any internet connection or tower connection issue. Camera clarity and pixel resolution is best in compare to Samsung, LG and HTC mobiles. Also MMX has provided Android 4.2.2 after purchased it with jellybean. Thanks to MMX for a great product.

The phone earlier used to run 3g efficiently bt after 6months of use 3g doesnt run only.. The network signal goes of if u switch on the 3g connection.. Very disappointed.. Not worth the 15-20k price if it isnt able to fulfill minimum requorements.
