Panasonic GD95 - User Reviews

  • What is the display resolution?

  • good afternoon where i can buy this phone? yhank you

  • I want this phon

  • Still has this phone bought in 2002 can't find battry if any one knows plc tell

  • After Panasonic G600 in 2001 I was byu this phone, in grey colour... and this is the best phone I ever have. Withoute many of todays standard and advanced options (camera, wlan, etc...) this phone was the best on what phones have to do - perfect, clear, and stady voice connection... I use this model about 4 years withoute any problem, even with the battery lifetime... I belive that I will use it today, but unfortunatly somebody still it from me on a new years eve 2005\2006... :(

  • I had read ur comment about Panasonic GD 95, so did u make a battery urself, coz i am facing the same problem the battery won't support. Thank u.

  • I am using it from the day it was launched in the Indian market. Still NO PROBLEM. But I think I will not get a battery this time. I will try to make one myself.

  • It is a GHOST, I think; GD95 is one of the best phone practically. Amazingly durable... and One GD 55 is still in my use as well.

  • GD95 is one of the best phone! I'm still using it after years

  • Good phoen, using since 2001, now finding difficult to get a new orignal battery in New Delhi (India)

  • The reason for loving this phone crazily is this was the first mobile phone in my life. Unfortunately I could use it only for 3-4 months as I had purchased the used one as this was not officially launched in India. But still love this phone will buy once again if I find it anywhere.

  • Yes Incredible! I use it since feb-2002 of every day use and it is still working. And the batery is still its original. A very successful cell phone! During this time I didn't find any kind of bug.

  • Incredible! I have had it for three years of very hard use and it is still working. And the batery is still its original. I don`t eeven think to change it as long as it is working.

  • Where Can i get new cover & Battery for mobile no GD 95.

  • Hi My Name is Vipul And I have been using this phone for July '02. I am amazed that this solid phone still functions fine and has never been repaired . I don't think I will get a new one for a long time now. GD-95 "Building Relations".

  • the best of the best

  • i hadde this sellephone and it was tha bomb you can change the color of the distplay en mutch more fun things if there are questions e-mail me xxxx llun

  • the best of the best

  • + Very light + Quite cheap + Durable (quick dip into ponds) - Buttons not bouncy enough for quick (decent) sms - Battery does not last (one day compared to nokia 2-3 days i.e. same volume of usage) - no infra red

  • I love this mobilephone...but i want to know, battery for panasonic gd-96 model(Li-ion 650 mAh) so if is possible please send me an offer or adress where can i buy it

  • hi i need more powerfull battery for panasonic gd-96 model(Li-ion 650 mAh) so if is possible please send me an offer or adress where can i buy it

  • To James, if u r still in dark ;press joystick down twice.

  • Kooooool! loaded with features other phones lack.Recordable ringtones rock. 3 backlights thrills. Unique 11 lines screen. Animated alerts. Amazing price.Recommeded for those who want to standout in the crowd!

  • Its the ultimate one !!! Best value for every buck !! I just fell in love with it .. you too will !! Sumeeth/..

  • I have just purchased a GD95 off of a friend but i have no instruction manual, I need to know how to take off the keylock? As it will not do anything! Thank-you

  • Good Phone. With Melody record option that is not mentioned in its features at this site. The only one missing feature is the USER PROFILES. And in some low networks, if the set goes out of network, it keeps on searching but is unable to regain the signal. Like, in Sialkot Pakistan, if your set goes out of network, it will never be back for MOBILINK. You will have to switch it off and then On again to get your signals for MOBILINK. That is the network problem, not the phone flaw.

  • this phone is good. one of the best ones ive used.sure it lacks the useability and ease of nokia but still its very stylish and gives a decent work performance.the handsfree feature rocks and the 11 line display is simply awsome.i have used this phone for over a month now and im totally satisfied with it. although im not very wild about the buttons and the joystick navigation but still i could use a handy phone like this. with many features this phone is a bang for the buck!

  • i want this telephon!

  • I would like you to send me info on the panasonic gd95

  • Respected sir/madam i am having the GD95(panasonic).Only the draw back in that is it doesnt have good ringtones like other's.Pls send me some good ringtones on my mobile. My cell number is 9845022514.I am residing in india(Bangalore).Pls do the needful.I shall be very thankful to u for this act of kindness.

  • i am using the phone for over a month its cool.

  • The device is such a good one but how can one get the accessories because currently I have one that the home charger is bad and I cannot find it to buy anywhere aroud my location.

  • the best phone i've ever had, the only one that might be better is gd75

  • Only problem is that there is no backlight.whitch gd93 is having when incoming and outgoing its glow.

  • rigtones for gd95 panasonic

  • Overall, it is a dececnt phone. I especially like the large capacity display for SMS. Can position the cursor anywhere without scrolling over every character. Very disappointed that I can NOT edit last dialed or rcv or missed numbers without backspacing (clearing) . Those 14 digit numbers are hard to remember if you have to pre-pend something to the beginning! Also can not use a number that is embedded in SMS text. Lastly, there is no microphoine mute.. The mute I can probably do without. But the number editing is an obvious ommision. makes it impossible to correct a wrong dialed number without retyping! Wha t a a shame.

  • nice phone and nice colour and nice disply and nice..........to ......nice.......panasonic

  • Please answer. I'm interested in buying it: Does GD95 support multi-field contacts (name/phone1/phone2/email etc) on phone memory instead of name/number on SIM? Does GD95 save SMS messages on SIM or in phone memory? Is the number of SMS messages limited by the SIM capacity or it stores SMSs in internal memory? Thank you...

  • This phone is at US$90 when i sign 2 year contract . I mean the price is available in singapore . The screen is really glass ? I am owning a 8310 now . Find this phone really looks special . Byt the way , GD 92 does rulez here during the year 2000 but 93 isnt welcomed . GD95 also the same , its not selling but i personally find it a gd product. Almost 80% pple is carrying a Nokia here .

  • This is just simply a *STUNNING* phone. They've just got polyphonic downloadable ringtones working too! Check out the Blues Brothers one!!

  • This is the best phone i have had ever, and believe me

  • I used to have a GD90 once-I loved it to bits. That thing took some battering I can tell ya-so I'm really looking forward to this one. PLEASE can anyone tell me the cheapest place (or internet site) in UK, to get one on PAYG, or ideally without a SIM. Cheers.

  • can i say im surprised that other phone users do not carry hands free features on their phones. Panasonic seems to be the only leading manufacturer that do this is why i have always chosen a panasonic over the past 5 years, even though friends still think nokia are better. thanks

  • hi there folks as a sales person for a small independent phone company i get to try alot of phones ive had pretty much every phone on the market other than the 9210 due to this phone not really apealing to me about 18 months ago i purchased a gd92 EXELLENT handset may i say i kept this phone for quite some time about 6 month to the amazement of my friends i then purchased a gd93 and still i was very impressed and at a very good price may i add on on the 01/11/01 my gd93 was stolen from my shop GUTTED i was looking at selling it to afford my new gd 95 fortunatly our suppliers had stock of the 95 and to my amazement it was just 135 plus the vat and delivery I PAID MORE FOR MY GD92 panasonic keep it up more advertising more press lets kick these nokia loving freaks away LONG LIVE PANASONIC

  • wwooooow Kooooool. had last week. its really beautiful phone. U can change background cliparts in 20 different type. wide screen give u access to read ur messge in one time. its really good.

  • nice phone but you can comunicate the price ?

  • the gd95 does not support gprs!

  • I've just bought a GD95 today! I am happy happy happy! All those Nokia fans can go to hell!

  • for matsushita, panasonic mobile phones is a little division.they are absolute leaders in dvd :dvd movie camera, dvd home deck recorder, dvd audio for car-audio.however,gd95 is more professional than any nokia(except communicator)and gd75 is more tasteful than 8310-very ugly.all nokia phones has big prolems with:diplay, software, battery contact.they are shutting down sometimes with any explanation, are fragile at soft drops.anyway,in japan, the best phones and equipement for ntt-docomo and 3g-umts are panasonic.like nokia and ericsson in europe and motorola in usa.respect panasonic! solid phones, cheap, tasteful from the biggest name in elctronics

  • Amazing 11-line display! One glance show all the WAP contents! Very light too! However, I realise now that the joystick is very hard to navigate quickly, unlike buttoned versions which you can press repeatedly. Also, when your phone is locked, it is easily unlocked by pressing the joystick twice, so even if you lock your phone, there are chances that you can unlock it accidentally. WAP software is much faster than many other existing WAP phones.

  • alan is an idiot every phone's screen can shatter after one drop my 8210 is now not usable after my first drop for exemple

  • gd95 cost only 300 $ and gd75 even cheaper !

  • this a very cheap and inteligent phone i'd recomend it and also gd 75 which is for teenagers ...

  • Note: GD95 will be released WITHOUT GPRS ! Phone with GPRS will be called GD96

  • top

  • The price in Sweden will be about 330 Euros ($320, 220).

  • 444

  • ı want gd95 price

  • I reckon Alan's advice is the best of all, I don't know what you are all fighting about anyway, the Sony J5 rulz.

  • Does someone sell his Panasonic GD 95, I pay a good price for it! please answer via email!

  • How can you compare this to something like Nokia 3330? I mean, 3330 is for kids and teenagers who use their phones to play games, not cool at all, everyone has it, while this one seems to be some serious business, more in the league of T39, S45 and 6210.

  • In India this phone is now available for Rs.6500 only. Its an amazing phone, trust me U will not repent. However if U are the cool looks kinda guy then I would recommend U to go in for the Nokia 3330 which is around Rs.7350. Feature wise Panasonic GD95 is far far superior. Yup the glass screen can be a problem sometimes since it is exceptionally large but it does not shatter and all since I have dropped it a couple of times.

  • "The price will not be very high, at lest not in Europe, slightly higher than the price of Nokia 3330 is my guess." Haha, what the f***, are you on mushies man?! Are you actually aware of the fact that 3330 costs like 180 Euros in Europe?! Now, could you PLEASE repeat what you said about GD-95's price?! It'll cost roughly the same?! HAHAHHAAHAAAAA, you damn idiot, that's SO hilarious!!! GD-93 goes for around 450 Euros, you think the follow-up will be just over one third of that? Ok, keep on dreaming, buddy, 'cos that ain't gonna happen. I'd estimate it to cost something like 600 Euros when it's first released.

  • i manufacture and own a '92'......but can't wait until the '95' comes out in the UK. Alan.. every Pana phone goes through a drop test of 2metres so cut the bull m8!!!!

  • This phone hasn't been released yet, Alan, and by the way it will survive a fall from 1,9 meters without I've tested the prototype myself. GD95 will be released in Singapore within a month, If it is not already out in the stores. The price will not be very high, at lest not in Europe, slightly higher than the price of Nokia 3330 is my guess.

  • Sir, GD-95 is Beautiful then all mobiles, I Want More Information about GD-95, and What is the price of GD-95 in indian rupee.

  • Panasonic Gd95 Looking Sexy

  • VERY strong handset. With excellent service.

  • hello, i'm from singapore. i would like to know when will it be available here. i am very interested in this GD95 as currently i am using GD92 and it's great!

  • i baught this phone 2 weeks ago. A word of advice to all "DONT BUY THIS PHONE" i dropped it once and the whole screen shattered. The sound quality is very poor and the 7 colours look like theres only 2 colours the battery life is low it only lasts for 30 hoursa on Stand-By, which is very low. I expected so much from this phone but i am better off with my old 3310.
