I dont have sagem my721x but i hav sagem my700x masterpiece phone. I hope both sets hav same os. To download larger apps,games,videos or music use "HTTP" protocol enabled internet profile instead of "WTP" profile. Hope your problem wil b solved. Cheers. Have a nice day.

I'm not regreting at the moment having picked up sagem my721x mobile phone. Well if you ask me, It's actually a plus and a marvel to the world of sagem having produced my721x model. More grease to their elbow. I see greatness in them, simply tell them (Sagem) the futures you want in a phone and am sure you will definitely get what you've asked for. You're well come to my world of SAGEM! SHALOM!!!

I got my721 about 1 year(t-mobile)and i got a some samsung too but my 721 is always turn on.Great phone,like all phones from Sagem.I was have a little problem with my batery charger and the phone was not charging with them but i was in a servis and i take a brand new batery charger(no payment caus' i'v got garantie)and now is all ok.Great camera,great design(i like a metal phones).Great job Sagem!Now i looking that i take one more model from Sagem,maybie my 521x,his don't have a camera like a 721 but is a very quality phone like all models from Sagem.I was have a lots of Nokia,Samsung,Lg and Motorola models and i must say that the Sagem will always be my number one phone!Trust me people cause'Sagem give you a lot for a real prize and do you know why?Caus' when you buy a Sagem model you buying a real quality with a lot function and you dont paying extra money for name of brand like a Nokia,Sams.,and a lot of popularity mobile phones on the market.WELL DONE SAGEM!

I also have a my721x and I think its a brilliant phone, its not heavy like someone said, doesn't rust because its aluminium. I also prefer this phone to the N95 because its nice and slim, also never ever had a problem with mine. I did sell the last one I had but later regretted it so had to rake through ebay to find another.

All of the functions for the phone work very well. The camera takes excellent hi res photographs,but obviously you need to hold the phone very still while taking a snap. The blue tooth transfer of multi media to /from the phone also works very well.I use the alarm to wake me up every morning and I use the radio alot too. I wish it had wifi capability, but that will be on my next phone ;-) (All in all, it is the best phone I have had so far.My previous was the Sagem My x5-2)

It is very difficult to use. Listening to a voice mail, transferring photos to the PC, setting the alarm are all hit-and-miss. The camera is OK as is the radio but as a phone I would not reccomend it.

The worst phone I have ever used. I had to buy it as a cheap replacement for my old phone, and wish I hadn't. One of the worst features (of which there are many) are the fact that if you use this phone outside, you will not be able to hear the person you call, just the wind blowing very loudly. Another feature which I love is how easy it is to log onto the internet while the phone is in your pocket, adding usually around �1 - 2 extra on my phone bill each month. Lastly I find it very hard to believe the camera is 3.2 megapixels. The picture quality is grainy and incredibly low. Can't wait until my contract runs out so I can get a new phone!

Worst phone I've had for years. After 4 charges it was OK for 3-4 days. Ever since I get less than 24 hours - and I don't use the bloody thing. Shop took it back and gave me a new one - exactly the same problem. Funniest thing is that it gives a battery warning tone 10 seconds before it dies completely. Total crap!

If you have Mini opera installed on your fone you can access the web for free all you need to do is go to applications and click on mini opera but to be honest i think it only works for t-mobile cuz it works for me all the time please leave comments regarding this thanks...

Hey 2.0! I have a solution for your problem.You said that there isnt 3.2 option in Options/Photo format. Well before that you must change the preview mode from:Options/Preview Mode. You have choosen the Portrait View.That is the problem.You must choose Landscape View to make the option 3.2 MP available.But I have a problem too. I cant find any themes for this phone. But generaly seen this phone is coll and cheep.So if you wanna buy it ,just go for it

i purchased the phone a few days ago and upto now im very impressed with it< i have a had my far share of different handsets and for the money this is a very good buy, tmobile shop charged �25 fir the hand set then �10 top up. the camera is 3.2 mp and is really good, also the menu is very simple to use. its on par if not better than my 6300 Nokia which are �80, for the money i would give ten out of ten

First of all, let's keep perspective. This is a budget phone, currently available for under �30 on T-Mobile (March '09). With that in mind, this phone is incredibly feature packed. The phone feels tough and well put together, with brushed metal and soft touch plastic. It looks like a more expensive handset. The screen resolution and quality may not be a match for high end touch screen models, but at this price point is among the best I've seen. The only complaint I have in this area is it can be difficult to see in bright sun light. The camera is a respectable 3.2 megapixel. An odd quirk is if you choose to preview photos in portrait mode, the camera will not exceed 2.0 megapixels. Previewing photos in landscape mode will not allow you to view them full screen. The quality of the photos is reasonable, but the lens is nowhere near the quality of those used in Sony Ericsson phones, or models using Schneider Kreuznach, or Carl Zeiss lenses. In good quality light photos come out to acceptable level for use, say, in blogs or picture messages. The interface for the mp3 player is a let down, you can only search for the file name (not tags), and the playback options are very basic. The same has to be said for the FM radio, although it does have RDS. Web access is rather good, pages are displayed clearly, and for a phone that lacks 3G or EDGE, reasonably quickly. This is owed to the fact that browsing is powered by the accomplished Opera Mini browser. Menus are clear, feeling much like a Sony Ericsson interface (though not as polished). The phone's low powered CPU can be evident, as the menus can get a little sluggish, but not to the point where it's restrictive. A 512mb SD card is included in the package, which eliminates the problems the tiny 11MB on board memory might have caused. Also included is a stereo headset, AC charger, USB cable and a leather pouch. This is the best budget phone I've used, far exceeding the basic requirements. Power users of feature phones and smartphones would likely be disappointed with this, but then they're not likely to look at SAGEM to begin with. For more basic users, who would like the benefit of having a camera, media player, and a web browser, at this price point, you can't go wrong.

The camera is crap unless you hold still for a really long time. The phone is shite - it has a terrible battery and slow Java performance. Listening to someone talk makes it buzz and the video camera sometimes crashes. The ring tones are very loud though, even with personal mp3s, and the mp3 player itself is quite good. I didn't like this phone and I got it for �35 - I swapped it for a crappier (on paper) Nokia and that works much better. Stay away.

ok i have fixed the 2.0 cam! not this is the most phantom phone i have ever seen in LIFE, i got miss calls when i restart! and nobody called me! soe fatal error and s****, dunno i am going today to t-mobile and smash somebody's face with this metal case! cuz you can use it only for that! any who, when you think about it its sagem! so its expected to be bad! my version is T-mobile AND when you flip it you can see its 3.2mpx BUT when i go camera and choose option->photo format i have to choose from 2.0mpx, 1.3mpx and 0.3mpx where is the 3.2?? is it a fake 3.2 or what! i went to t-mobile and they said its 3.2mpx but the resolution its 2.0 ( i dont know if she knew what she was saying) does anyone has this problem?

You can minimize the music player, if you click back whilst playing music a message pops up and asks if you want to continue playing the music and minimise the player to return to the main screen.

I agree with most of the users that this is a strong,unbreakable,slim metal-bodied phone, but it's like you are driving a Ferrari on foot :)It's lack of speed and short 3gp video (about 15 sec.)makes me so nervous, that i just want to throw it out of the window!But there's another problem...it won't brake!!! :) So i make the balance by listening to some music and playing java games, to calm myself down.It's camera has good picture quality...i told you about the video.It plays loud MP3 music,but you can not minimize the player!You can set MP3 music for all types of ringtones including your phone contacts+wallpapers.You can choose the storage between mobile phone or memory card. Anyway...this isn't a bad phone for it's price and doesen't mean you shouldn't buy it...but before you buy any type of mobile phone-FIRST DIG UP DEEPLY-read user opinions, it's the best way to find out the dis/advantages for your type of phone and decide whether to buy or not!!! I just bought this phone today from argos for �34.19 and i must say it is one excellent phone, the speaker in it is top notch a lot better than the my511x which i also own, slim metal body one of the best sagem phone i ever had, well done sagem :-)

Had this phone for about 2 weeks now and I can say its absolutely amazing. Its super thin, made from steel and feels quite solid and robust. I paid just over �30 for it(10% off) from Argos on T-Mobile and for that price it's fantastic. It has 3.2 megapixel camera with antishake function, java, bluetooth, GPRS, micro SD, MP3/AAC/WAV player, FM radio, USB cable and 2 loudspeakers!(Sound quality is really good). Also, it has pictbridge so you are able to plug the phone into a printer and print photos directly from the phone. It also comes with a code to download some software for free called "Wellphone" and that is quite amazing too. It lets you send texts, transfer files and also use the phone as a modem, without even touching the phone. A leathery pouch is also included to protect the phone. For the 2 weeks I've been using it, it hasnt let me down. Its simply a superb phone and if you're thinking about getting it, I suggest you do.

If you are interesting on this phone, look to the this site: it is review about this phone, it is in slovak language, so somebody can translate, but in this review its wrote, that this phone is slow, video is not so good and time organizer is light. But in this phone is firmware from T-Mobile, Had someone different firmware? In my country sell this Sagem only T-Mobile, but I found on pixmania.com this phone, so maybe here is not brand.
