i love this phone but my casing is damaged.. Is there anyway i can get the casing for this model? 2nd is still fine by me. even if its a spoilt one is still fine because i only need the parts of the phone such as casing and keypad.. i like this phone the minute i used it since year 2006, the only design flaw is its camera resolution and limited memory , overall i like its design, performance, and features. simple, stylish, and robust(except its rubber that might melt away cause the microphone non workable unless clean it.)

Samsung, please... please... do make another series of this model with addition to its camera (make it in MP), memory (add in internal memory and also external) and primary LCD colour. we will surely buy it!!!

mary, i had the same problem before with my phone.try cleaning the lower right part of your phone where the speaker is.the rubber cover might have clogged the hole due to heat.

I LOVE this phone! I really like the design a lot and I remember getting this years back JUST for its design! I hope Samsung would consider redoing this model and upgrade its memory space because to me, the amount of memory is the only flaw of this model!

i like it vy much especially for its camera. it is faster than many other types of hp., such as sony. all the function in it is enough for me, but i think the memory internal should be more larger, cox sometimes it is nt enough for me^^ haha. also, the miccophone or speaker is nt good in quality i think, bcox ppl always cant hear me ..

Fellas, dis phone is cute. I've been using it 4 some times now n i luv it. D things i don't like r about d ringtones which aren't very loud n d fact dat u can't copy images right from d web pages 2 ur phone. If anyone knows how 2 do it, pls post so others can benefit.

i use this phone for years now... i like the black version. i like it most bcos it very good to grip. but the only problem now is speaker. people cant heard me, anyway... i still choose this hp even my husband offered me a new 1. i really2 like this phone... no matter what.

I got my samsung e360 as a birthday gift from my husband more than a year ago and i am satisfied with my unit so far.With its battery life,I got no problem too.It just have to be manage well, like draining it if you have time before recharging it,to prolong its battery life.My phone batt can last for 2 days,txt n few calls and i love watching my saved pics n videos.:-)

i had this phone for about a year. there was nothing ever wrong with it, perfect in every way. obviously if u use it 24hrs a day, the battery wont last very long (der) but my battery could lasts days, and i used it pretty much every day, texting, calling everything. i was devistated the other nite wen i lost it in the harbour, i cant find any phone that is perfect jus like the one i had. it holds heaps of MP3 songs, messages, everything. if anyone knows where i can get another one, in black from PLEASE let me know, i only lost my other one 4days ago!

i got a samsung e360 bought by my father in europe. At first i was impress by its appearance- an elegant black makes a big difference. it has nice and easy to press keypad, the screen so colorful and vivid plus the double screen. Sooner i discovered some problems- the battery life is no good especially when i used the phone the whole day texting only., second the menu themes or icons cannot be change only its color, the radio when used while texting interrupts its sound while pressing keypad, no usb in the market, sometimes the name of the sender is change to another name in the inbox, lastly samsungmobile sites doesnt have a featured unit for E360. I dont know why maybe samsung has just phase out this product. Over all i give this phone 6/1o rate.

I hate the samsung e360! I bought it 4 months ago, and I have had to send it back to the distributor twice because of software problems - and it is still not working. So I am sending it back for the third time hoping never to see it again. Other than that, it is really crap if you like sending text messages. Compared to Nokia and Sony Ericsson, I was really shocked about its poor functions. Though I do love the radio and camera in it...I do have to give credit for that. And it has some great games to play. But is that enough to buy it? Well, I just hope I will never see this mobile again.

i bought the 4n a month ago.i hav 2 serious problems.the batt life in unbelievably short(1 day or less)!!!mp3 capacity is too little so i rarely download mp3.n does it realy hav usb? the clamshell design is great n its features r realy great compared 2 other 4ns.overal its a good 4n n i'd giv it 7/10.

I think this mobile is very great. I actually love it and you people are weird... "WHY NOT 2MP" "This mobile sux cuz there's no memo-cards, SUX CRAP OMG" It makes me laugh. Just tell me, what will you do with a Uber mega camera on PHONE?... Phone is only for talking with each other, those cool features are just for fun. AND TAKE A LOOK IN THE MANUAL FIRST, BEFORE YOU ASK QUESTIONS YOU N00BS! 10/10 - Kewl phone, love it.

Man, great to have a finally lively video recorder. Yet, my mobile was the same type but still no video recorder, unfortunately Samsung spreads their features to almost untrackable spots. I at first still confused about GPRS especially MMS setting. Nothing seems right.

hi, The samsung e360 (black) is fantastic! but remember it is just a mobile phone ! not a high qualtity digital camera! or an mp3 player with 1GB memory! those options are just for fun its a really good phone a hint: if you turn the symbols on the external display off, your battery stays good! its a really good phone a beauty from samsung , samsung is just like mercedes and sony--> that are alsow perfect brands! buy him! ps: i have no problems with the E360E ( that a limitid etidtion in belguim) jay out of Belguim

Hi i've had my e360 for 4 weeks up till now it's doing ok. the few complaints are that the outer display gets switched after very few seconds. the sms ringtones can't be mp3 or else of someone knows please let me know. thanks

Hey Kasper, you need to work with a bluetooth, it normally comes with a driver, with simple installation you can up/download files/photo/MP3.... to & from your PC.

This is the best phone so far! It has all the features you want in a phone including mp3 player, radio, camera, nice design and light as well! However, one of the problems with this phone is that the wallpaper on the external cover does not display long enough...they should really change it so that it stays...the battery life is too short and that there is no usb! How can i download mp3s when there is no usb?? The only way is to use bluetooth...which is dissappointing..overall i give this phone 8/10! Hope that the problems with this phone would be removed for future samsung phones.

u people are nuts , think about other phones line nokia 6170 ot motorola v3 that are more expensive then this e360 and have a memory of 2 mb and 4 mb.. i think this is a great phone nice look , very usefull , and the pictures are OK , i can't see the difference between a 1.3 MB camera and a VGA... ps : love this phone

Honestly, go for a different Samsung if your fussed about MP3 storage, and the megapixiels in the camera. But, if you are looking for an affordable classy Samsung, this is definetly for you. In my opinon this phone has a to-die-for design: best that I have seen on the market currently. An absolute pro of this phone is: affordablity. I have to say is that I am a bit dissapointed in the battery life, but otherwise im a happy Samsung E360 user, and would reccomend it highly to anyone.

Hey Silver, internal screen measured by 3x3.5cm. Batt life really depends, serious users can't take your hands off the phone would find it can't even last for 1/2 a day. In general, 1-1.5 day. I solved this problem by putting a 2nd charger in my office.

To orange ; you can't be wrong with a Samsung but be reminded the battery life is not that impressed with this little E360. To the unknown handfree guy; check out the user menu, it does go with a built in handfree.

Great phone. But I'm quite upset that it doesn't come with voice dialing. Really defeats the point of me having a bluetooth headset to go with it now, since Im still gonna have to use the phone to place calls.. No so handy when youre driving.

I got the samsung E360 for less than 5 days and had it replaced because the LCD screen went blank. The dealer replaced it with a new unit. Have been using it for around 3 weeks already, and its doing okay. I agree with Chelle, that its battery life really drains so fast, even without making so many calls. Also, the names sometimes do not appear in the inbox only their numbers. There are also times, when the screen upon opening the flip cover, would appear as a white screen, you would have to close and open the flip again, to have the correct wallpaper screen appear. Anyway, having a good time using this phone.

i got this phone about a week ago, it is about the same size as all the other common samsung flip phones, maybe abit thicker and longer, but it fits very nicely in my hand anyhow and i love the design! external buttons are very nice although I find it a little redundant as the phone as only 44mb of memory and cannot store many mp3s.. so it is not very often that I would play music on the phone anyway. Camera is very clear, video recording and playback abit laggy so I absolutely do not record videos on it.. It has a very nice external screen although I do not understand why there is an option for cover display wallpaper selection if it is only going to be on the external screen for 2 seconds when you close it? (is there any way the wallpaper can stay?) I am also very pleased with the voice clarity. The buttons are spaced apart very nicely and writing SMSes without dictionary is no problem at all. Problems with this phone would mainly be the extremely short battery life. I could charge the phone overnight and it would be dead by the time i get home from a day out, even though I do not talk on it very often, perhaps SMS.. Wish Samsung would produce higher quality batteries with longer life. Another would be the SMS inbox - sometimes i go through my inbox and the name of the sender does not show (only the number), or the name of the sender is actually WRONG! A message from 'jake' for example would sometimes turn out as 'rachel', which confuses me. Does anyone else have this problem? Overall i quite like this phone for its user friendliness and very nice screen display quality. Would give it a 7/10. :)

Own that phone for a wk, mine is a special matt dark edition and it's kinda cool ! My last samsung x 430 is very reliable + durable - still in good shape but now spare for mum ! Mind you, battery life is stil very healthy after 2 years ! Back to this E360, am really suprised by the price , even cheaper than my x430 2yrs ago but with better display + lots of interesting (std) features, I like samsung for its build quality and durabiliy, the clarity of incoming voice you can't find in most model/made. OK it hasn't got a 2M camera ,so what,don't kid yourself with a camera phone, a phone is a phone, it's >5M era now, get a descent camera if you're serious about photography, the 0.3M is just for fun here, same philosophy on MP3, bonus is an added radio. Trust me guys , you can't be wrong with a samsung, just like mercedes & saab, you'll be a die hard follower like my family once you're addicted to samsung cell phone... a practical user in HK.

Terrible mistake by Samsung.... What a useless phone this is... It is not a high spec phone, nor it is low end. It doesn't fit anywhere. Mp3 buttons indicate that it's an mp3 player, but with 40mb memory and no card slot makes the mp3 useless. Camera is horrific. The era has moved onto 2mp cameras....and yet this still has VGA. Not to mension disadvantages of being Triband, rather than Quad band (especially in USA) This phone has most things that High spec phones have...with less quality. Hence, having these unneccessay functions that don't even work properly prevents the prices being cheap. Samsung wasn't thinking when the annouced this phone. My guess is that this phone will not reach mass production stage.
