Crappy cellphone. Comes with 2 batteries which are boath dead after 1 year. The phone is built decently, though. Only a bit big, and the camera isn't extremely bad, not good either. This phone is built to last under 1 year while the hardware might hold it much longer, the construction (like the sliding part and so) is quite decent.

Super phone, battery holds about 7-8daysalso in package were 3 batteries 1extended+2 extra standart. This phone for those who want to forget about charging everyday, it's cool to charge it once a week. also sound quality are good because of little subwoofer in the back. Overall good phine, not as others from samsung! Really recommend it!

Hello, Patience, I'm in South Africa dear and have this phone, well I don't know much about it but I love it, the problem is that my battery is giving me problems, it can only stay on for about 5 minutes then goes dead. I have tried to get the battery but Samsung in SA haas advised me that the phone is not even available here. I use mobiles mostly for texting, and after moving away from the superior Mitsubishi Trium Eclipse, I found this really horrible. It can only store 200 texts, and forgets T9 dictionary entries every time you restart the phone. The best feature: the phone battery warning only sounds 5 minutes before it dies! Great work samsung.

I hav had my z320i for a year and a half now and hav had no problems with it what so ever! Hav loved usin it has been my fave phone so far( and Iv had a few!) The camera has been good, the overal use of it is good and I hav found the battery life to be really good, hardly ever need to charge it!! Sadly and I mean sadly I am havin to buy a new phone as o2 hav decided to stop imode so in the near future my internet will stop wrkin and I like my internet so if uv got imode sorry to say that soon enough urs will go the same.

My date & time of call log doesnt work I have even had a replacement phone but I still have the same problem. The handset is faulty so all Samsung z320I must be faulty or there is a faulty batch. As for your USB when you install the Software makesure the cable is plugged in, click on the software Plug the phone in to the usb it should just charge, if not check the USB setting on the right of your Pc as the cable may have been disabled.

My phone has stopped storing the time and dates of all calls to, have no idea why and can't find a way to fix it. Also, does anyboday know of a way to charge the phone via a USB cable. I was provided with one when I got the phone and have seen exactly the same thing on the high street advertised as a "USB charger for Z320i" but cannot get it to work on my PC. Any ideas...??

my phone has somehow decided not to save when a call was recieved to me anymore, its driving me mad, it also does it when i make calls. Is there anyway that i can stop this happening????

Sorry everyone you cannot do anything about the whistle song. If you send it away they will not do anything as its not classed as a fault. Mine does it but Im used to it now.

I also have the problem about the switching to Whistle_song ringtone. This happens when i delete a ringtone a downloaded to the phone. I have alson upgraded the software but this did not help. I refuse to send the phone to samsung because i think they cant solve the problem. I just have to live whit it i guess....

Hate to disagree but its most certainly worth the money.Ok so it does silly things like change the ringtone but to be honest mine hasnt done that months so its not really a problem. I personly think the camera is very good. Overall I would say this phone is great. Not just for the memory either!! This is coming from someone who wrks in a mobile phone shop!!

got mine for 60 pounds and i love it to be honest 120mb internal memory u cant go wrong not really bothered about i mode or 3g dont use them so i think samsung should not have 3g or imode on this phone and have a memory card slot instead now that would be a good fone i luv this fone loads best fone ive eva had

it does have a speker phone, bt i advise you...its not worth the money the camera is very weak and yes its does change its ringtone weneva it wants. The best part of the phone is the internal memory...aprt from that its crap.

I hate this phone its got a very scratch prone screen and the ringtone changes everytime you turn it off then on. I find that the standard battery only lasts a day and the bluetooth sometimes decides not to pair with other phones. I got this on an o2 contract and it came faulty so sent it back and got the same problems and found it was common. I have now changed it for a sony ericsson w810i which is amazing.

Got this phone second hand and after reading reports on you cant do this and it wont do that i find that i can do anything i want to do on it, think there is a lot of untechnical people out there who do not understand phones, i would`nt say this phone is packed with features it is very basic really but i aint a man who spends hundreds on phones then gets bored after 3 months with it like my missus, BUT i would say the only thing i cant do on this phone is to get the picture of the person texting me come up on the screen it only seems to work if they call you!!!

Kirsty, I have come across this problem before and It telling you that you have a handsfree kit connected to your phone. If this is not the case then you should take your phone to a mobile phone shop and ask them.It looks like you may have a fault with it. Any o2 shop will be happy to get your phone repaired!

to delete songs or pics that r locked u go in2 the songs options go to unlock press ok then u can delete it but sum songs u cant delete cos they r stalled in2 the phone.

Needing some help guys, have had no problems with this phone since i got it 7 months ago, but now suddenly a little phone has appeared at the top of my screen with a red line through it. my phone will not make calls or recieve messages, or in fact recieve calls. i can however seem to send messages. i have been through every part of my phone seeing if i have accidentally turned someting off, but...nothing. help!

this phone sux i have had it 3 hours (just taken off charge 5mins ago) and i phone my fiend all fine. them he calls me back but it doesnt ring. i checked all the sound settings but it wont work. the keypad tones, mp3 player etc... none of it. o2 wont even replace/fix it!

I have had a Samsung S500i phone for 10 months now on an o2 contract, and as there was alot of terential rain recently, my S500i got water damage. I contacted o2 and they are sending me this phone as a replacement for the next couple of months until i can upgrade to a Sony Ericson W810i. Is this phone any good? i will only have it for a month and a half but i will still need it every day. I found various faults in the S500i is there any faults in this phone? Thanks

Go 4 the z32oi 4 sure. Although the d500 is stil a gud phone the z32oi as better memory and in my personal opinion looks slightly better but then agen I am a girl and it has to look right!!! But phone wise the z320i is a cracker of a phone!! If u actually want to use the internet then I mode is gud cos it lets u browse sites that u cannot see on wap. If u download ringtones and stuff its better cos u get more 4 ur money! Hope this helps!

If u are thinking of buying the z320i then go 4 it!! Its got a great camera, great memory, plays mp3 tunes full and small tracks! Although 3g is not up and running as of yet it has this feature and when it is it will allow u not only to view who u are talking to but also alllows u to download off the internet a lot quicker. Like all phones it does have bad points but there are so many good points to this phone. I have one of these and am very happy with it!

I agree D900 and E900s are gud phone but theres nothing wrong with the z320i. Ok so the 3g isnt up and running yet but will be in the next few years and should be great!! The battery life depends on how often and when the user chargers it. e.g charging over night is a no no ruins the battery.

I Mode is not a waste of time. Is only A waste of time if the user does not care for the internet much. Personally I think that I Mode is great and tell people so.

Overall I am very happy with my z320i but I do agree the whistle song is very annoying and having my ringtone changed to this every now and again is not good but something I can live with because I like my phone that much!!

you cant delete them! they are there forever! im going to rip into o2 later! because mine has crashed for the final time! it wont turn on! even with a full charge! this phone is bad, steer clear of it. i want a different phone, higgghly doubt that they will give me a different one though. not pleased.

addition to the previous comment. imode. WASTE OF TIME no different from gprs apart from they charge you for going on every site. whats the point. and you have to pay a subscription. pointless again. its also hard to do anything on the internet on this phone.

not very good. Pathetic battery life, i constantly find myself having to swap batterys. i dont use it for calling much either and it lasts a day, possibly two if im lucky. it always resets the ring tone so that i dont recognise it and then dont pick up. also its BIG. 3g is rubbish. no coverage anywhere. precious little point in it. bad buy. also i use my phone quickly. i touch text. i dont look at the screen. when i press the "menu" button. the menu appears 1 second later. no instantly. i know its picky. but it should ne instant. i like to use my phone fast but i cant. also, it doesnt come in silver, its black. stick to the e900 guys!

Great Phone the video size can be increased you need to go into the settings and change from mms size and then you can recored longer, the only thing lacking is voice dial it does everything else I was able to print sms using the cable and software that came with it

Alex, Glad to be of assistance!I have not yet found out how to increase video size. Dnt think you can with this phone. I thought videos were a gud size myself depends on the video tho.Hope this helps.

I work for o2 also and have NEVER had any complaints about the z320i. It takes great pictures. It does let you view people that have called you I should know not only from working in a phone shop but from having this phone myself. Its probably one of the best phones on the market and a lot of people will agree with me.

I have used this phone for about 4 months now. I think that it has got some good features but many flaws. Most annoyingly 1. Imode; it won't even allow you to properly access wap sites and just seems like a money spinning idea from O2. Almost all the useful features involve a subscription. 2. Java; why won't the phone let you install java apps or games. The only ones that it has allowed me to use are ones downloaded from o2 on imode. I think this is probably deliberate. 3. all the other niggles that people have commented on; unable to turn off camera sound, limited battery life / memory.

I have had ny z32oi for a couple of months and am loving it!Its got great memory, has a really good camera even tho you cannot turn of the camera sound. Holds loads of songs full and ringtone size! Imode is brilliant too. Wot more do people want in A phone. Cant wait to get the 3g up and running! If you want a good size camera phone that does the works get this little number you wont be disappointed!

the call log is easy to find if you go into your contacts then call log then call times it tells you how many mins you used. its not that hard to find if you look at phone properly.

Great phone, or so I thought when I upgraded from the D500 to Z320i, I would have the D500 anytime! For some reason, there was no time log in the whole of April. The shutter noise can't be turned off. Why do I need to keep selecting the ringtone/message tone again after a few weeks? The reception on phone is worst I've ever had! Worst of all - the battery life is just shockingly bad, once its on the last bar, it wont even last half a day! I am a big Samsung fan, I still do like the phone but certain niggles like this will keep me off them! My contract started 2 months ago, my other phone is a Sony - on contract as well, I'd have that anytime, If anyone wants to swap my Z320i for a D500/600, I'd happily do it!

In regards to the memory issue, I don't see why people have a problem... this phone has around 120MB of storage, compared to as little as 9MB currently on the market, and the average seems to be about 80MB... what's the problem?

you can turn the slide sound off,but not the camera sound..all these phones are unlocked as they are on the o2 network and all can accept other sims

hi got this new o2 z320i on payg on thursday 4th may and it is awsome one draw back is that the opperating frequencies on the box say utms 2.1ghz 900/1800/1900 which makes it tri band not quadband i can photocopy the box and email it to you if you dont belive me but on the uk model there is no 850 on the box how annoying but anyway its an awsome phone buy it but its not quadband if you buy it in a uk o2 shop or from littlewoods maybe i just got an old one rsvp Kindest Regards, Gary

ive been reading the opinions of people about the memory card on this phone. its quite simple.you dont build a 3g phone with an mp3 player twin cameras,bluetooth n such and not give an option to expand the memory its simply unforgivable.if anyone thinks this is a good phone then they have never had a good 3g phone before.people dont want to carry an i pod and phone when they should be able to do it with their phone only.i also hate when the tone settings reset all the time and certain tones dont even work.this phone is useless and irritating and i totally hate it.

it is very nice and a ideal phone for anybody and is a good design in the way that it is made and by the way it has been coluored,however the reason that not everyone considers to buy it is because of the coulour and they are aiming to get a nice coulored mobile and they are wooried that if they drop it,it will get scrated.it would be better if their was more memory.

sorry ive had this phone for a month and i wish id never taken it on contract.the i mode is stupid and confusing.u cant use downloaded ringtones and after a handful of songs the crap memory is filled up and u cant expand it.reception is a joke and build quality is fragile to say the least.my first and last samsung for sure.my old motorola puts it to utter shame and its 4 years old.wouldnt reccomend it to my worst enemey..

Why are loads of you complainig about it not having a mem card? It's a phone, not a computer, and a good phone at that. If you want somewhere to store mp3's buy a Creative or something like that.

Would also really like to know if it is possible to download java games onto this phone. Any downloads seem to default to the 'other files' folder which does not support java files. Is it possible to somehow get those files into the applications folder (games and more)? Any suggestions?

Loads of people have been complaining about this phone not having a memory card, and that u cant store many songs on it, Big deal!!!! I use my i-pod for music, simple solution, as im sure many ppl do. This phone has more than enough memory for storing loads of pics and videos. If u want a good MP3 fone go buy the W800 from Sony Ericsson or something. This fone aint meant to be an MP3 phone, it is infact however a very good all rounder. Like the Freddie Flintoff of phones.

I had a look through all the i-mode games you can get and while I would get them I have no desire to get a game and pay �3 a month so that the game stops working if I cancel my subscription. I contacted Samsung about this and was told the only way to get games was to download them of the net.

Hi everyone. i know this is a bit naughty, but i've been with vodafone for years and like the network but really wanted this handset and as O2 are the only network that supply the phone, i took a contract out with them then put my vodafone sim card in the handset. i've called vodafone to order my mms settings and they say that only samsung would be able to send me the settings as vodafone will never be providing this handset. My problem is that now i can't find this handset on the website!!! can anyone help?? Cheers!

RE: Call log's missing the time, I have not found a solution to this, but it appears to only affect **/04/2006, setting the clock to **/05/2006 results in the time and date being logged. i am having the same problem with this phone and it appears that everyone else with the phone i have asked is too. the only thing i can think it could be is a programming/software fault with the phone or maybe...just maybe (after all it started on the 1/04/06) it's an april fools joke lol have just checked,it appears it happens when u set ur phone to the 4th month of every year so i reckon a software fault.

Anyone, figured out how to get games onto this phone yet? I tried uploading the files and downloading them on the wap but that didn't work. This phone would be perfect for me if I could get a few games on it.

Had my phone for a month and the call log disappeared on 1 April too. Have phone O2 who say they "don't know anything about it. Go into the shop and get a technician to look at your settings cos you must've changed something". Haven't had chance yet but if anyone's had any luck please share it.

Yeh this phone is only available on o2...I've got one its just a 3G version of the D500 with a few good bits such as when u use a mp3 as a ringtone than the phone vibrates when it rings, but the worst thing about this phone is that even when u change the normal profile it seems to change back to the rubbish standard settings after a while.

Upgrades.... yes it has imode...also has video calling (3G) ....the phones comes with two batteries and has a camera on the back and also one on the front, the memory is substantial enough to hold 18 full tracks and 3 full song videos and 25 video clips along with all my other things on my phone and it still doesnt say that the memory is full!

if your looking to purchase a new mobile i wouldn't buy the z320. its desgin is tacky and the build quality is nowhere near that of the d500/600. the menus are confusing and the only upgrade is i-mode?? not really worth the money

In Holland we can download MSN by I-mode, the cost for using it is 2 euro per month. Installing java-applications to your phone using bluetooth or USB does not work. The older samsung phones like the d500 had an other way to do it but it does not work with the z320i I hope that someone can help the z320i owners to make an application for installing java-games on the z320i like they did with the d500. When someone knows how to get it work please post it :-)

The Z320i is very good. Just video called with a friend of mine(nokia6680) and it worked very good. Just installed MSN-messenger and it's amazing that i can msn with my friends in the train. The z320i is very good, only negative point is that nobody knows how to put java-games on it by USB-cable. When i can install java-games for free :-) it would the best in the world. Does anyone know how to put java-games on the z320i by USB-cable?

The screen saver does no longer show the time as on the older models, such as the D500 the screen suffered from screen burn after a while, as although the clock moved it was in standby long enough to leave permenant marks on the screen. the padlock showing that the keys were locked was the worst bit of this. A simpel way around this was to have nothing showing. If you want to know the time then just slide the phone open and close it again to show the time on the desktop.

Great phone, upgraded from samsung d500, a little different to get used to but pretty similar menu system. A few annoying things about the D500 have been fixed, such as the awful alarm tones (u can now pick your own, including mp3's), change the sms tone (but annoyingly not to mp3's stored on phone!). The main problem I have with this phone is that the screen never switches off! can anyone let me know how to change this as is really annoying! Cheers.

For those of you having problems with the returning 'whistling' ring tone, I think I have the answer. When you are in profile edit change the ring tone to the one you want, THEN while still on the new highlighted tone select options on the bottom left and choose save. If you move down the settings listing without saving the new ringtone the phone will return to the factory preset 'whisting' tone! I did this with mine and it's been Ok ever since!

the "o" you are talking about is it near the signal bar at the top left?? if so thats the 3g box it changed to 3g in 3g range and other times just says g but looks like o and if the phone isnt in 3g range at all it disappeers.Jess

the white i is for imode...when you are out of imode range or not using it at the time is disappeers... as for the white o im not sure what that is a few people have mentioned it but i have no idea what it is,as it hasnt appeared on mine.

you need to make sure the person you are connecting to is typing in the same pin number as you..make sure you press the save button after changin the ringtone as unlike other phones it doesnt automatically save it once you change it you have to actually press save afterwards..

Hi Foz, I had a similar problem with my ringtones. Whenever I got a call after I changed my ringtone it kept reverting to the embarrassing 'Whistle Song' this was not good when I was in a public place. Unfortunately mine was a software fault and needed sending back. They just came and did a swap at my doorstep though, so it wasnt too much of a hassle. Sounds like u might have the same problem, if u bought urs in store take it back, if u bought it online or over the phone call o2 returns on 08702250208.

i received this phone on o2 last week and so far im pretty impressed. but there are a few negatives which i'll list first: 1. it takes too long to send a txt message. i could send a whole txt in seconds when i had my d500, but with the z320i it takes much longer to navigate the menus, choose who you want to send to etc. 2. you cant change the themes. with o2 its stuck with a blue theme throughout. at least with the d500 you had 4 themes to choose from. 3. overall, the software and navigation seems slower to use when i compare it to my d500. now the positives: 1. the phone feels great in your hand. smooth and solidly built, with a satisfying slide mechanism. the all black model looks great too. 2. a wide array of features, improved mp3 player, picture editing capabilities etc 3. sound quality is very good too due to 2 speakers when compared to the d500's single speaker. 4. ample memory (for my needs anyway) i do prefer this phone to the d500 and d600. but i would have given it a higher mark out of 10 if it had changeable themes and a quicker txt system. so i give it 8/10.

You can't actually turn the sound off on the camera...a lot of companies have started doing it with the phones due to camera misuse etc..

if ur using this phone on o2 they dont support native delivery reports in order to use this, in the body section (where u write ur message) the first 3 characters should *0# followed by ur message, when u send the message u will then receive back a delivery report. magic.

Hi,am from belgium and i di order the phone from Holland simlock free. I like the phone very much but do have the ringtone problem to like Steve has.I set the Mp3 ringtone but it resets to the standard tones some times after aday en night,sometimes after 2a3 hours.I have tried everything,even a master reset but it didn t help. THe wake up alarm sound also resets.Nobody else but here has the problem,the shop where i buy it cald other customers with the same z320i and they did not have the same problem? I really wanted this phone but am having real probs with it on O2. It appears to have a mind of it's own and sometimes works, sometimes doesn't! Basically sometimes I can make/receive calls, other times it goes straight to voicemail and won't let me make calls, even tho says I have full signal. I now have 2 handsets that appear to have the same problem! Anyone else had this prob??

Hi Luke, I had the same 'problem' the other day when I first got my z320i. I thought I had changed the ringtone, but then like you said, the annoying whistle song came on! I had a d500 before, and saving options are different to the z320i. Have another look, and basically go to 'CHANGE', then you have to actually save and re-configure, sounds horrific, but its dead easy! My latest problem is when i have added words into the phone for predictive text, it loses them when you switch it off and turn back on again! ;( Anyone know how to get round this??? Cheers Steve

Looking for help here. Does anyone have the same problem with the ringtones as me. The day i got it, i set my own personalised ringtone from one of my fave songs. Initially when i got a call this worked. However later on the day travelling to uni on the metro, i got a call and the embarassing default "whistle song" came as my ringtone, nightmare. This keeps happening when i get a call from a number which i have'nt had a phone call from before. I know that i have not set individual ringtones for certain ppl, so i was wondering if this was just a fault with my phone or does anyone else have this problem. I appreciate the help.

1 quick question before i start the review! there is a 0 on my phones screen...what does it mean! When I first got this phone I thought it was amazing. And I still do. But there are a few little things that really annoy me, especially compared to my previous phone (Nokia 6230). So, bad points first... 1. I find when i turn off the phone any words I have saved in the predictive text are deleted. 2. I have yet to find a way to change the soft key functions from I-mode and I-mail to something I use more. 3. Battery life is not supurb, but better than the Nokia 6230. Good points 1. Wonderfull screen quality. 2. Excellent camera. 3. Lots of good, helpfull functions, such as sending messages to many people is made much easier compared to the Nokia 6230. 4. Good quaity ringtones and nice speaker for mp3's. 5. Although memory is not upgradeable I find it does the job (100mb). 6. You can have videos as your background!! (i don't use it as i imagin it wastes loads of battery but still, nice little function!) Overall a really good phone. I have to on o2 with the online 500 tariff and I would advise anyone looking for a new phone to consider this as I would never go back to another phone.

A few posts down i said i was waiting for this phone to arrive. Well it finally came and did not dissappoint. The colour screen is great quality and the camera, including flash is very good also, and it has some nice touches, black and white etc. The phone looks great and fits the hand really well. The rumours about bluetooth not being able to connect with other phones are false, i can connect with all of my mates phones. U can set MP3's as ringtones and edit them so the best parts of the song appear as the ringtone. If there are any complaints, i feel i-mode is WAY overpriced, the battery life is fairly short (then again you get 2 batteries) and the video recording is average at best. Overall however this phone is a great all rounder, if u want all of the best facilities rolled into one fantastic phone, this is the one for you. 9/10.

yep seen the s400i on a preview site but cant remeber the link. said it was smaller then the z320i so its proberly the same size or slightly bigger but not by much...the spec on the phone though is somthink you would expect from 3 years ago. a big step back by the looks of things...as for the z320i its a okish phones thats a tad outdated in spec and the screen isnt very good either...but the contract is great from o2...just dont get exited about i-mode..it sucks

Hey, MMS only works through i-mail and iMMS. Go to i-mail and put in the address you want to send it to, then go to the 'attach' box (Middle box) and browse for the picture/sound/video u want to send. It works the same for iMMS on the imail menu too. Also for pay monthly customers you get 100KB per month included in ur allowance from O2, Each Imode page equals to about 0.5 / 1 KB, so dont worry about racking up high Imode charges as you probably wont use half of ur allowance for browsing

First thoughts on this phone is that its a neat little package being 3G. The keypad I must admit works quite well, however even thou they says its a 262k screen, the screen seems to me more rather 64k (like the LG handsets). The options are rather limited compared to Sony ericsson and Nokia and the battery life is half decent especially as you get two batteries. Overall the handset is great especially especially because of the O2 deal. Note, I did go for the XDA exec (cost �149.99)before hand but the novelty wears off after the battery dies and as it is not convenient as a phone.

You can browse WML wap pages too on this phone, no problem. Besides cHTML (i-mode'd HTML) you can probably also see not so complex HTML pages without problems.

Well surely there must be some way where u can get a diffo message tone cos it has 2 files, one file containing limited message tones that come with the fone and are crap or another blank file, so somehow u must be able to transfer ur own message tones to that file, I just don't know how. But those message tones u get with the fone are so boring.

This phone has it all, is there nothing it can't do? And why are 02 playing it down with the incorrect description of the phone's capabilities? Read their website and it's not nearly as impressive! Just swapped a V3 for this and very happy so far.

what is the point in making a phone like this today without an MP3 player? or even the ability to have Realtones? O2 have been waiting for a phone to come along and be their i-mode saviour... this is not it... Oh, apart from that, is nice!

guys this is important please answer me, i really need to know.... how do u get ur ringtone as ur message tone. as it stand the message tones are very basic and u only have a select few which are crap but it also has a second folder which is blank which allows me to believe u can put ur own tunes in there, if this is the case does anyone know how to transfer ur own tones into that file? if so please answer cos i hate the message tones but love the fone!

fab phone, looks good and once you are used to it it works well. Only downside I can see so far is no fm radio and I keep pressing the i-mode button when i dont want to! Does anyone know where i can download bubblesmile from onto this phone??

Samsung Z320i. Picked up one of these bad boys when they released. Not on display yet, i just went for the plan i had been looking at for a while, the O2 500 (only available for i-mode phones) which is really good. Giving me 500 mins and 100 text a month for �35. With the double mins and text option added for 6 months, its more than enough. The [phone is bigger than i expected. It is the same shape as the D500/600 but bigger. Battery life is not as good, that is why they have supplied 2 batteries in the package. Unlike other samsung phones, this comes with a data cable and software. The camera is very slow, but quality is above average. The good thing is that the phone is unlocked. Menu system is really slow but you get use to it. Disapointing that it does not have a memory card expansion slot, 120MB is sufficient for a few MP3's and loads of Photos. If people wanted more memory for music, they should buy an MP3 player. I'd give this phone 8/10

Picked this up on an unbelievable 18month contract with O2. 750 Xnetwork anytime mins plus 750 txts per month for �35!! The phone is excellent. Unfortunately there's very little information on the net and reviews (in english)are almost non-existant. My only criticism is that the battery life is not good (for me) but I'm a really heavy user. Texting is a bit of a pain and the preloaded ringtones are awful, but a little patience on the text front and a few downloads later and I'm happy enough. Excellent phone and an excellent deal. 9/10

Hi guys, no desktop charger nor you won't be able to charge 2 batteries at one go. Yes you can make your mp3 as your ringtone. Go into your menu, than into files, then into your sound files, choose your mp3 then click on options, then set-as ringtone. It works for me.

The only bad thing is does not comes with memory slot. So can't save more picture or MP3 and movie in the phone.

yeah this phone has mps's and aac. you get 2 batterys in the box one larger than the other. excellent phone!!! although only a 1.3 mp cam it is alot better than most cam phones i have had! I-mode is another great function! Wel worth the wait!

I got this phone today after a long wait. The anticipation was killing me and I tell you it was worth it. Having a phone like the size of a D600 with 3G capabilities, I'm impressed so far. With 2 cameras, it does not dissappoint. I've had the Sony Ericsson w800 and it was the best phone, but I wanted a 3G Samsung and now I've got it; the biuld quality is impeccable. 10/10 get it. Nearly fell for the Motorala V3x, but wanted a smaller phone. Between the two, Samsung does it again. Good luck!
