Remember who it's for: people who call others to get them the information. These people don't need a smartphone. They have smart people instead. That is why Vertu have their 'concierge' service. Call them and they'll sort it for you whatever it is (within limits of course).

A nice phone with a 5mp camera with autofocus and LED flash but there's no 3.5mm jack? No Card slot, and the talk time is just 4h 50min? I rather pick Samsung S5610 with the same features of a camera with 3.5mm jack, a Card slot up to 32GB, and a talk time of 15h 16min.

you can buy a htc evo 3d but man.. when you drop that phone on some rocks for example it`s all done. the display is broken the soft isn`t working as it should or can destroy your camera.. but if you watch Vertu tests on theyr phone you will be stunned

VERTU is for the rich. apart from the service they offer its more of a status symbol. Only the affluent will know its value. Its kind of like buying a Quartz Tag Heur watch. You can probably get one which is just as accurate for 1/10th of the price but only those who know what a Tag signifies will truly value and appreciate it!

The difference in all the other high end things that not only does it give you higher status but also a better quality product. The BMW is a better quality car than others, a big house gives you just that, a bigger place. You pay for an improvement but this phone your paying for a shittier product. I am rich and I would never buy this phone. I bought the Girgio Armani because not only does that give me high end phone but also the features.
