  • i have a blu 5.3 s, i cracked its screen,im here at philippines, can we still fixed it?

  • Is there parts here in phillipines

  • Contact names mixing

  • I have a Studio II S and, after getting a T-Mobile SIM, had to set the 3G service (Settings -> More (Wirelees & Networks) -> Mobile Networks ->3G Service -> Enable 3G. Once I did that, I had no problems.

  • How do I update my phone? I have a blue studio 5.311 and no matter what internet I'm using its extremely slow and sometimes doesn't work. Everyone is telling me that my phone needs updating but I can't find where to go to update it.

  • Let's not forget that we bought a blu phone because they are jnexpenaive. So don't expect much support because that's how they keep costs down. Basically if you break the phone just buy another one..simple economics

  • Can I update the android version? How can I? Mine actually have 4.1.2

  • I have the Studio 5.3 and had the same problem initially. But you can get MMS you have to have these aPN settings.

  • I'm going through the same problem company truly sucks

  • My Studio 5 01 got a cracked screen and I cant get a replacement, which is decisive for me in dumping this phone, I like the screen size but there isn o support for these phones, no replacement parts, which is a huge no no. I won't be buying another one and don't recommend anyone buy these phones until they get accessories, replacement parts and support set up and in operation Not a happy customer, 5 out of 10 for screen size. Company sucks...

  • I originally had sim in left slot, per instructions from straight talk. Only got E, 2g service. Moved card to right slot and did factory reset. Now getting H, r g service.

  • Also have a 5.3S. The quality of the volume and on/off buttons are my only issues with the phone. Very pleased with all of the other aspects. Had to relocate sim into the right slot, looking at back of phone, then perform factory reset, to her 4g service. My area uses AT&T, through Straight Talk. Very pleased. Any time you remove the back cover, be sure to gently press on the adhesive strips that holds the buttons in place. It's the only thing that holds the buttons in place when the battery cover is removed. And be careful not to disturb them when battery cover is put back in place.

  • I bought my BLU Studio 5.3 S back in November of 2013. There are a few issues that I have with it, first of all my carrier is AT&T I thought this carrier would be okay but I don't think it was a good choice I can't pick up good signals in areas where I should. Second I have a battery cover issue, I can't find one anywhere I just contacted the company I bought it thru and I contacted BLU products directly to see if one can be found. The piece for the volume control has fallen off, don't know if anyone else has had that issue, but I am starting to get discouraged. I did find on on another web site but it has another piece with it which I do not need and it is $ 30.00 don't want to pay that much for two pieces when I only need the one. But If I cannot find the battery cover I will not get a phone by BLU products again until they start selling the parts for it .

  • A very nice phone for the price, great specs, great display. My only problems is that there is no notification light and the original icons looks very cheap not crisp like a Galaxy! But all in all works well! Internal storage can b improved

  • Hey man, look for "blu studio 5.3s" in xda fórum. Cya.

  • This is a very fast and affordable phone but there is no support for it at all. No updates, no foruns , no accessories. T have mine for 4 months now and now my camera doesn't respond and I can't get help.

  • Is this device compatible with the GTA San Andreas app? I bought the blue studio 5.5 which had all the specs to run it but was still incompatible

  • H is such as 3.5G.

  • I bought BLU studio 5.3 S couple of months back however I am not able to use 3G service of any service provider can any one help me how to unlock 3G? I am using this phone in INDIA.

  • how can i unlock 3G in BLU studio 5.3S

  • Since i when I bought my blue studio 5.3 ii ,is connecting to Bluetooth headset,I have bought up to three different types of Bluetooth but is not seeing it after several searching. What am I going to do with the fone. Thanks.

  • I have this phone now for just over 5 months, for the price of it, it works ok with just one exception. For some reason i found that lately some of my stored pics are showing up as a black background...this does not happen right away..maybe after a day or so. I haven't found the time to investigate this issue fully as yet. Otherwise, everything else seems ok with the phone.

  • How to Update Data Settings Find below the values needed to update your device data settings to be able to send MMS and connect to the Internet via your Browser:

  • I have the 5.3S and love the phone. The only issue I have is that I can't get MMS. I'm using Straight Talk. Is there anyone out there using ST with this phone that is actually receiving MMS? If so please provide your APN settings. Thanks in advance for any help provided! Note: I called ST and they provided their APN settings off their webpage & I'm still unable to receive MMS.

  • As a secondary phone is very good! The Studio 5.3 connects to 3.75G and shows 'H' when the network is available.

  • I have to respectfully disagree. These phones don't have 4G capability, but in some areas their higher 3G Platform, (HSDPA/HSUPA) is closely rivaling the 4G basic network. One reason BLU stayed with the 3G network is the much higher cost of instituting 4G on their phones, not to mention the red tape involved to get it. It would've taken years more to get up and running. We'd see a much higher cost on these phones if BLU had went with 4G. I'm aware that some sellers have tried to pass it off as 4G though, and they are very wrong.

  • H means 4G

  • I've been doing a lot of research on these phones and this is how I've come to understand the HSDPA Data. HSDPA is the highest level 3G network anyone will ever get (so they're saying)...It's actually about 3.75G, and the next level is 4G. 4G still has a way to go, as the 4G you're seeing right now is actually only the "base" network of 4G and it's nothing like what we'll really see in the years to come. 4G is a separate infrastructure and is being built from the ground up. It will be several years before 3G is phased out, so the 3.75G HSDPA still has a lot of juice in it...of course it's not as fast as the base 4G (4G LTE as some call it) but depending on your carrier and the reception you get, there's those who have no complaints what-so-ever. OTOH, this particular group, "BLUE STUDIO" has 5 different releases to it, all with different/similar CPUs, Batteries, and memory. Hard to keep them straight, but they do make a difference. Add to that, there's some Global releases as well, that are getting shipped to the USA and vice-versa, which accounts for many of the complaints with phones not working. Many Global phones don't work on the USA's network. That's not just the BLU Product though, I'm seeing that with major brands as well so be very careful. Hope I haven't confused you more.

  • What does the "H" display mean for the type of data connection? Most phones show G, 2G, 3G, or 4G for the network data rate they are connected to. I have no idea what "H" means.

  • What about the camera? I want to know about the resolution of the camera. Some devices are 8 MP but the quality is very poor. What about this one?

  • I've had this phone for about 3 months. All in all, a great phone. Awesome display, battery life, and pretty good specs. as for the service, in my area, AT&T kind of sucks. Another downfall is the camera. Most pictures come out fuzzy, but if you download the JB+ camera from Google's Play store, it will make it a little better. When I pull it out, everyone's reation is,"Look at the size of it." It is maasive, but I have smaller than normal hands, so it makes it a little difficult for me to handle this phone with one hand. I would have to give this phone 7.5 out of ten stars.

  • Overall I like my phone. It is faster than my Nexus 7 2012, but slower than my wife's Galaxy S4. It has a fast processor and a very nice display. I wish it had more internal memory 1.4 GB usable for apps. I have a 16 GB micro SD card expandable to 32 GB. It is a very nice phone. The salesman who sold us the Galaxy S4 had the Galaxy Note 3 and was very impressed at the performance for the price. I give it 3.5 stars out of 5. Does anyone know if Cyanogen Mod is availble for this phone?

  • Correct BLU phones are unlocked

  • have you got your 5.3" phone ? during indocomtech, oct 30 - nov 3, the price drop to IDR 1.6 mio (from about IDR 2.0 mio) find it with name K-Touch Titan S100 :-)

  • hi, does it run netflix

  • All of Blue phones are unlocked, I was told.

  • There are 2 possibilities: * You flashed the phone and ruined it. * You received a mulfunctioning phone. If the second one is correct, make a contact with the company, it may help.

  • Pros: *Cheap *Great gaming machine! *5.3inch Screen (Big screen lovers) *Comfortable in hand Cons: *Bad Bad camera for this (supposed to be) top notch phone! *Low volume when speaking (The speaker is fine) *Low volume when listening to music with earphones *Bluetooth problems I purchased the phone at Amazon using a third party website (to take care for the shipping to my country), I have it for a week now and this is my impression so far. [I'll start with the good and end with the bad] Good :) *It has a giant 5.3 inch screen and it is clear and colorful in any angel. *the phone react the touch perfectly and run smoothly. *The Wifi is pretty good, fast and no problems so far. *This one is a gaming machine! run's everything with a good fps ratio, you can play anything.(Benchmark show its catching up with HTX ONE X) Bad :( *Camera - the one thing you hope that at least will take fine pictures - its the worst! there are stripes on the sides in pictures and videos, shows a low quality camera, pretty bummer. I even had LOW FPS when shotting a 720p video.. who heard of that *GPS - Checked once, connected it to a Bluetooth music box and after a few seconds it started to sound jerky and I couldn't stop it what ever i tried to do. I will need to recheck. *Tried using a GPS without an internet connection, took a few good minutes to catch up, but never went off since. *You can count the amount of accessories for this phone on one hand. If anything else come up i'll update, feel free to ask.

  • you can order it via lazada.co.id I got it several days ago with special discount + voucher (for receiving newsletter) worthed to buy :-) *find : K-Touch Titan S100 you may also browse to Kaskus K-Touch Titan S100 lounge

  • Excelent forma the price

  • It's a pretty good phone, I've had it for a month Pros: Very fast, super large screen, crystal clear display, cost, powerful battery Cons: Reception, GPS sucks gets lost all the time, the camera isn't the best. its almost too big of a phone for my hands. You can't get accessories for it.

  • i am hearing but not seeing video on skype

  • The phone is pretty great for the price. I love the screen, since I am constantly on YouTube. Video quality is great and their tech support was nice enough to help me out with getting access to my mobile data. Here is thier email address if you want to ask them any questions. [email protected]

  • You can buy batteries for this phone on www.24hrsdeals.com

  • i need to find an extra battery for my phone or an extended wall charger..my charger on my phone is messed up so i need a wall charger. a battery pack anyone know where to get one?

  • Did you get the phone? What are your thoughts? Need to know before I purchase mine. Thanks.

  • Actually I asked for some help several times from the service department and they are very helpful, they are great.

  • I just ordered this phone through Amazon. I will post a review. It arrive Tuesday 7/22/13.

  • Have you contacted Blu for help with your device? This is their email address: [email protected] or you can call them at 1-877-602-8762.

  • This phone actually suck...It has bad reception..not all the time but most of the time....It shuts down on its own but before doing so it starts making a noise like the battery is about to explode as the screen goes all fuzzy..I can have at least 50-60% percent battery life and after that happens it immediately drops me to 10% or less when it comes back on....Sometimes the phone gets really hot around the sim card......All this started about a month after I purchased it...It really is not a good phone; I am totally pissed and 200% dissatified at the company for the product

  • Great specs, and a bigger battery, and there's no review for this phone... Hey, GSMArena, any review?

  • Can u tell me where can I buy this phone unlocked to use in India with all its specifications

  • any owners willing to run some benchmarks on youtube and state the pros and cons?

  • good to see them up the ram to 1gb....at this point anything less is a hassle for android. other specs are great for the price it will retail.

  • I think this is the right phone for me. i was undecided between the Blu Life One, and View, but this fits in perfectly in size between the 2. there are a few specs that are a little lower but they are not deal breakers. at least it still has a 1.2gig quadcore processor and 1 gig Ram, which will suit me perfectly. also this phone has the biggest battery out of all 3 phones which is a massive plus for me.
