  • which is better, this, p8 lite 2017 or p9 lite?

  • I read here that the nova 2 lags. This is one of the most compact phones that we can find nowadays. How is the battery endurance? How's the camera compared to huwaei nova 2 the 32 gb version can be found in Europe .

  • Hi Latest Android is 7.0, with security updates dated at December 2018 (valid for Huawei Nova CAN-L01C432 european version). Best regards

  • Full view display not working... And notch can not support video, photo on full view screen, navigation gesture more improve in huawei nova 3e..

  • Hi Why i can't sgn up

  • Not working dual sim ...

  • In past, the specs list was saying that it has NFC and now it says that it doesn't have, which is false. I own Huawei Nova CAN-L11 and it has NFC.

  • It already got. Check the XDA forum. The developer said that it'll get treble and Pie too.

  • Yes, its compatible with PUBG

  • Best Performance

  • I just bought nova 3 for my brother, the next day itself software problem, cannot restart the phone, when to huawei, they fixed it, then using nova 3 call somebody, they complaining the sound lost for while then came again, then tried to call other person also complaing same problem, already change sim card, pay rm10 for changing simcard, still people complaing when i talk, the sound lost and reheard, i tell u all guys just bought 4 days ago, already alot of problems, then huawei service centre change and give new nova 3, still having same problem, whoeber panning to buy nova 3, dont buy first, survey first... i think this really model really problem, tq

  • I own an Huawei Nova (CAN-L11 model) and it has NFC. In past, the page was saying that it has NFC and now it says that it doesn't have. You should correct that information.

  • Please answer tome !! The phone is combatible with pubg mobile ???

  • There surely is an update. Use the F. Finder app, as I wrote few weekes earlier.

  • I have the nova CAN432 B151 and still no update on nougat os and no news update from Huawei very disappointed

  • Did that and it worked ! Thank you ! What I am thinking is, that since Huawei started to allow firmware files to be "released" to general public, my version (B140) was simply too old to be still allowed to be updated to a newer version. I guess Huawei process of thinking was, that it is not possible that a phone with such an old firmware, will still try and request it from Huawei serwers, hence Huawei disallowed versions older then say B 390 or sth like that...

  • Had the same version and problem. I managed to update the firmware through Firmware Finder app to ver. B395. Select the right version and click "get an updatr throug dns". Then "auto". This will activate the vpn. Then U should be able to find the update through "Systen update" in phone settings. Good luck.

  • Is it possible for you to go back to the factory settings?

  • Need ur opinions asap!!! I bought a chinese variant huawei nova. I wanted to update it automatically but it could not update to nougat . So i downloaded a firm ware from application in playstore (huawei software update). But it was not compatible woth the fone. Thats why my fone got crashed and booted to recovery mode. Now i connected it to local wifi for auro recovery but it says operation failed . Huawei centre in lahore, Pak says they dont have an access to other variant than Pak. Now what should i do . I am in a great agony. Need assistance. Plz help out.

  • now in april 2018 still no OTA update for my huawei nova CAN-L01C432B131 stuck at marshmallow and android securitypatch 1 october 2016 its a very good phone but this will be my last huawei because of this UPDATE ERROR they fail to update their phones althought Nougat version 4 huawei nova was finished nearly 1 jaar ago!

  • I have a CAN-L01 bought in Poland last september (2017) and on C432B14 firmware (EMUI 4.1) with no updates whatsoever since unboxing. Please do not, i repeat DO NOT buy this phone if the software or security updates are something of an importance to you.

  • I updated my Huawei Nova Last week to Android 7, the phone is epic yoh haven't had any problems with it its a great phone to have and its the best mid range Huawei phone, it computes with the Huawei P10 lite and the Nova wins in speed and CPU ahh this phone epic

  • After a lot of extensive research, I purchased this phone second hand. I wanted to try something a little different (had a Moto G 2014 before) and was at first skeptical with Huawei. After a while, I took the plunge and got this, mainly because of the looks (premium and sleek design). The EMUI interface was something that I was put off with but it is very easy to install a launcher to get a different look. This phone is very fast and zippy. Everyday use is a breeze. Negative points are that it is very slippery (strange that most reviews dont mention this), camera struggles in low light and if you come from Android, you will need to get used to EMUI. My phone has Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.0. If you are willing to invest a little ingetting to know how Huawei's skin works, it will benefit you greatly and you will get much more from this phone. This is indeed very expensive if you buy brand new. If you can find it second hand at a decent price, you are guaranteed a good deal. Granted, there are way better (and cheaper) options out there like the Moto series, but design is a big factor for my decision in purchasing a phone. The Huawei Nova just stands out from the crowd with its Robocop like visor strip at the back, slightly curved sides and a super cool red accent on the power button (ive got the titanium grey). For my first experiences with Huawei, i'm actually liking it so far. Completely understands peoples apprehension with trying a phone from this company though....

  • I totally agree on what you've said. My phone is only 2 months old and my screen is broken. It even had a glad protector but that didn't even prevent it from cracking. This is by far the worst cellphone experience I've had.

  • Is this nice phone getting an oreo update?

  • I got can L01 on UK and still running on old 4.1 emui Still not update available .... Never buy again Huawei pay £400 on Christmas for ...is worth £1..

  • I have had the phone for a week now and I love it. It charges very fast, it retains charge compared to other phones I have used in the past even if I am online all day, the camera is also very clear. The phone is very fast as well.

  • I had the same issue. Phone only 2 or 3 months old. Melted 2 charger cables and then didn't charge anymore. Got a replacement phone and it still gets hot if a few apps are running. Have to close all and let it cool down.

  • I bought the phone today im inlove with it epic phone

  • Is this phone going to update to Google security patch?

  • Good phone! Really big battery, full HD, light, that makes a really good one!

  • good phone, on every aspects excepts two: - audio volume using external headset (through the 3.5 jack) is very low even if set to max - the screen has no protection system (no gorilla glass or similar) so it scrates very VERY fast

  • this phone need android 8 and 8ui.

  • Hey guys. Is this phone going to upgrade to android 8?

  • Great phone, good specs for a mid-range phone, feels like a premium device, love the design + got the Color 1 band and 5000mah Hauwei power bank from Network Carrier (Telkom), received mine a day ago updated immediately to Android 7 Emui 5.0 (CAN-L12C409B330) without any errors.

  • It has dual sim, they fit in the little side tray. The problem is you have to choose, one sim and one memory card or two sims and no aditional memory.

  • huawei nova support volte ?

  • Hi there, I don't know if it's the correct phone because I am using a Nova and it does not have dual sim, please check with a registered service provider, I know it comes out with a Color Band thou.

  • Hi there guys I have a problem, every time that I apply a vibrant wallpaper to home screen there is like a dark overlay that darkens the wallpaper...does anyone know of a way to curb that problem?

  • Huawei nova is dual band support ?

  • Who's the best Huawei honor or huawei p10 lite??

  • Hi There, I just bought my Huawei Nova WAS-AL00C00B200 EMU5.1 Android7.0 on my last trip to China in July17. Well I knew it Google Service should not work in China, but even my in Brazil Google Services still not working on that model. I already tried a lot of web recommendations about how make GS works on Chinese phones...but any works for me. Can someone help me with that? or i should accept to have a useless phone, because a lot of apps request google service to work.

  • Factory reset and after that you can update the phone.

  • P10 Lite

  • Hi ! I just bought Huawei Nova, i'm in love it with, it's perfect for me. Dual sim, 32 gb memory, 3 gb ram, fingerprint, and...fast charge? but it relly is fast charge? because it doesn't write fast charging, only charging..any ideea? i use original charger.

  • p10 Lite or Nova, here the Nova is a little cheaper but not much. also get a Color A1 Band with it

  • Does anybody have an overheating problem? Just from surfing the internet the area beneath the screen where the huawei logo is, it turns very hot!

  • Is there any chance to get android 8 update? And How can i update huawei stock apps?

  • how to check this phone made from where ?

  • After updating your Android phone backup your data and do a factory reset. Always.

  • Hey guys, please! Does anybody else has the same 'problem' - not being able to update to Nougat?

  • Those who are complaining, check where was your phone made? If it was made in India, there's a high possibility of it lagging later, mine was made in China and even with the latest update it still works great, hope it stays that way lol

  • Well mine still working awfully

  • Hello or something has changed in the quality of the photos taken after the update to the nugat, They are brighter??

  • How did you manage to update to Nougat? When I check for an update from my settings, it says that there's none for my device. My nova is with 4gb ram and 64 rom, if that matters for the update... Thank you, guys and have a nice day!

  • I've updated it to Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.0 and it works smoothly and quickly.

  • Super phone not too expensive. Excellent metal casing as for top models. I've updated it to Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.0 and it works smoothly and quickly. I recommend.

  • Is it 4G+ in L11 model ?

  • Very good 👍

  • Bought the phone last month .... was workin excellent untill the moment it upgraded to the android 7... now the phone lags , qwuerty is not working and has a lot of other bugs ... if you buy it dont upgrade to the nougat.....

  • Yes, i am done with sony, i did have the same problem with my Z and Z3! Samsung is still working after the screen cracks!!

  • Sony z3 is not strong enough, and the glass body in general is not helping ..screen is very sensitive and easy to break even when using a screen protector.. i had it for less than a year now and had to change screen twice

  • Yes of course dude. Supported 4G Bands are here. LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 38(2600) - CAN-L01L11 LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 18(800), 19(800), 28(700), 38(2600), 40(2300) - CAN-L02L12 LTE band 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 28(700), 12(700), 17(700) - CAN-L03L13

  • Does this phone supports band 20 on 4G. I need it for the o2 network in the UK. Thanks,

  • Best cell phone. Running on Nougat OS & is awesome in use. No issue about OS, Battery, Camera, Lagging, SIM, Network, WiFi, Bluetooth, Hot-spot etc that are occurring in Nougat update of Galaxy A 2016 lineup. Love it

  • Good phone no problems in the last few month but now it is turning the sound up and down by itself. Annoying

  • yes it does support 4G

  • The Nova is an excellent phone, great sound and speaker quality and the battery is excellent

  • Yes i have 4g+. I have a version caz-al10 (only for use in China) But I live and I use Huawei Nova in Poland. The sound is OK but flat.

  • I bought the device one week ago and I am really excited. I would like to ask.if it supports 4G+

  • Can you rate the display? From 1 to 10

  • Android 8 ( o ) suported???

  • Go to Spain

  • For around 220-240$, is nice purchase. Should last for atleast 2years.

  • How is the audio sound on the Nova? When using speaker- can you hear well ? is it loud? what about the recorder? I would be happy to hear from your experience.

  • its too way too expensive right now. my opinion, it doesnt worth the money

  • Is this phone worth it at £280/$300 or should I wait until it drops in price further?

  • which of the following, do you think has the best camera? (i mean image quality,not video) 1.Huawei nova 2.A3 2017 3.Xperia X 4.A5 2016 5.iphone se 6.galaxy alpha 7.redmi 3 pro

  • Nova is my suggestion. Xperia z & z+ are already old. This phone is ok in every aspects.

  • This , sony xperia z3 or xperia z3+ ? Need some help Thanks :)

  • Is phase detection auto focus on this phone, better than the ones sony xperias have?

  • The device really is amazing. Ive had it for a month, i had the Huawei G7 before this. I am very pleased with this device. One of my colleagues has the P9, when we put the devices side by side, the nova takes a better picture with both cameras. A truly amazing device

  • does this phone have display protection ?

  • Many have already updated...go to XDA and check it.

  • So i can't update my huawei nova to emui 5 yet?

  • A balanced phone. Good baterry , premium design . No bugs . A pretty and a reliable cellphone. Good job Huawei.

  • The phone works great graphics and all awesome make from the huawei team thumbs up guys

  • Hi can you guys help? I have a nova (pink) when I pull down from top to display the shortcut/notifications menu, (e.g. quick airplane mode or silent,etc...) it comes pre selected, when I press edit to add other apps to my shortcuts for some reason it stays in "edit" mode, and can't save the changes. Does anyone know how to save changes on the shortcut/notifications menu? I just did an emui 5 upgrade yesterday, and since then I can't use my shortcuts menu. I will appreciate your help Thanks

  • Huawei nova has access for the moment only to a beta version of EMUI 5/Android Nougat. there are tutorials on the web onto how to upgrade it manually. But since it is a beta version and there might be features still locked, i would rather advise you to wait for a proper OTA update. I have the phone for a month now and passing from a HTC one M8 to it, i don't regret anything. It is awesome.

  • ‏‎please tell me where can i find this phone. i am egyptian and i can`t find it here.‎

  • Best ever looking phone I held in my hand so far. Dual-sim, Android, 5 inch, Iphone like. I can only hope it will behave well, but the appearance is +10.

  • Thanks for responding. When I do that, the open window just bounces up and down, but does not close. This is weird, cause I opened the messaging app, and now it also has a lock on top of the icon, and now I have 2 apps that won't close, lol.

  • Excellent review..i just bought the Huawei Nova, it looks like I made the right choice.

  • Hi Ronnie Press the square button that displays all of your open applications, scroll to where the application with the lock is and simply swipe down on the application.

  • I have a P9 lite. Very satisfied with everything on the phone. I just noticed that my message folder is locked, so I can't close the app. There is a little lock on top of the folder. Anybody can tell me how to unlock and close the app will be appreciated. Thankyou.

  • i've had the phone for about a month now and it works flawlessly without complaint. battery life is better than advertised, allmost 3 days with data and wifi allways on, and an average talk time of about 3h a day. sound quallity is poor, speaker and headphones. the stock headphones are a true joke, dreadfull sound, threw them away in a drawer after less than 10 seconds of music. the only downside of the phone is the screen, the fact that it lacks any kind of protection is a shame, even dough i have an original case from huawei, the active flip case, it has sarted to show wear and tear with fine scratches on the glass. apart from this the phone is a true jem. nice camera, great battery life and exceptional feel and design.i highly recomend it alldough a screen protector is a must.

  • Bought a P8 last year I had the most amazing experience sadly it fell into a bucket of water, then I had to settle for a mid range phone so I bought the nova and I just luv it thank Huawei. Huawei the best brand.

  • How do you update the CAN-L01 to android 7? Is it available?

  • I am totally blown away with this phone...I've been using it for a week now and the styling is just super sexy, it's an aluminium body that feels really premium and it's just a delight to hold in your hand. It's really solidly built with no play in the buttons, volume and power buttons on the right with a illuminated power button...card drawer is on the left, with the speaker mounted under the phone. It's a phone that will definitely get you compliments. The finger print scanner is very easy to setup and upon setting it up.I've never experienced any problems with it...it's truly super fast. Never had a glitch and doubt I'll ever have one. Though the screen isn't an amoled it holds it's ground perfectly...colours are bold and bright...movies on it is amazing. There's an option in it to set the colour temperature so you can make it either really blue or really orange or whatever colour you desire. Also a setting for night time use that's really comfy on the eyes but gives it a rather orange look...that's normal by the way. Camera's are amazing so don't always believe what people say...I've tested both front and back and even in low light it isn't that bad. They both shoot fast and accurate. It is however a mid range phone after all so don't expect a flagship camera but it really is above average. Camera's have awesome features as well, it has a 2.0 beauty mode and a make up mode for the ladies... The performance is amazing for the chipset, it does the job perfectly and flies swiftly through any task you throw at it. Graphics is amazing as well, you can run almost any game without any lag and surprisingly the phone never heats up. The battery is really on another level on it's own, along with it's chipset it gets me well over a day and I'm a moderate to heavy user. It supports quick charge and charges up really fast even though it comes with a standard charger. It has a very strict phone manager that's really efficient in handling battery usage...it's able to optimize battery usage really fast and has a power plan feature which allows you to switch between performance, smart or ultra power saving which gives you more battery life. In conclusion it is an awesome phone to own and ticks all the right boxes...for a mid ranged phone it is above average and can stack up nicely against any phone in it's range. If I could change anything about this phone then it would be a dual SIM instead of a hybrid dual SIM. If you're in the market for purchasing a solidly built mid ranger with a huge battery life then this is the phone for you. P.S I have it in titanium grey and it looks really premium.

  • Cameras are perfect

  • Huawei is my fav OEM, too bad the nova isnt available, only the nova plus one is available and the p9 is too expensive, i think i shouod have waited so the p9 will be cheaper when the p10 announced at MWC, i got the a3 2017, good phone but i got it before mwc started, ugh, but my next phone will be huawei but i will wait in 2 years then. Still the a3 is good but not as good as the p9 or on par with the nova

  • I'm digging this phone except for one glaring omission, dual band Wi-Fi So sad no 5Ghz Anyone else find that odd in a "new" phone? Please share your thoughts

  • Can anyone tell me how good are the cameras for the nova and is it a good mobile to purchase?

  • You have been misinformed about Chinese brands. I know people who have had bad experiences with iPhones. Don't be brainwashed into thinking everything Chinese is bad. Also phone that exploded wasn't Chinese. There are also cases of iPhones exploding. Compare phones before you buy or you will find yourself misled by good marketing and getting ripped off.

  • When is android 7.0 releasing in uk

  • yes it is because i tested both out but bought the nova in the end its so much more premium

  • Nope, camera on Nova is nice and sharp compared to P9 Lite. I have had both

  • I have a p9 lite (3Gb) and its not true...i test a nova with a friend of mine, and camera its worst.....core its the same...you r mistake.

  • Yes it is fast charging via usb c

  • Can anyone confirm that this device has fast charging with a 9V, 2A charger? I have read in the speck that it has but want to be sure Thanks in advance!

  • mate, u need to study on huawei phones, PLUS THE samsung NOTE 7 is not chinese, its korean, so think b4 u say this, cos as a chinese i feel very offended by your insult, and i m very sure ur talking about about samsung....just putting it out there

  • definitely the nova, much faster, better camera, better core....almost better everything....

  • Huawei Nova or Huawei p9 Lite (with 2 GB Ram)? Which one is better, based on performance, design and value for the price?

  • Sony Xperia X Scratch-resistant glass, oleophobic coating. Better braighter display Snapdragon 650. Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac Front speakers. Better camera. Front end back. My advise is Sony Xperia X.

  • Nova

  • And the A5 2016 also has OIS.

  • what phone is better huwei nova or sony xperia x ? both same price about 350 euro

  • I've had this phone for about three weeks now and it's been all good. Fast, small-ish for being a 5" screen, loud speaker, fast fingerprint reader and outstanding battery (48 hrs of moderate use). Having said that, I still do not like the EMUI interface that Huawei puts in the phones, but it's nothing to worry about.

  • Can anyone test if its possible to shoot RAW with the Nova? You can use the open camera apk (free) to test this.

  • ..but not faster then any other device on market, "when you play games"...graphic intensive games....some ppl buy a PS4 for that!...but that is old fashion aint it?

  • it lasts about 7 to 8 nonstop internet surfing but.when u play games its drops like gravity

  • no,theres also a chinese editipn with more ram(4gb) and rom(64gb)

  • SD 625 , 3000mAh battery,5" fullHD display.Once I managed to get little over 10h SOT on one charge. Not intended but it happened. So please do not be ignorants, try the phone first then post your experience! This phone has great autonomy!

  • This phone has 2.5D scratch resistant glass.I do not care if it is made by Corning or not it still is scratch resistant.

  • It is funnier how most people put all kind of crappy glass or plastic protectors over the display of their phones even if it has gorilla glass...and by the way...this phone also has 2.5D scratch resistant glass.I do not care if it is made by Corning or not it still is scratch resistant.

  • night mode should be better with a tripod...

  • Specs wise Nova is a better option than A5. Looks wise and camera wise with f/1.9 A5 looks good.

  • best camera between this phone and galaxy a5 2016?

  • unfortunately the promotion is only valid for a5 2016 and huawei nova

  • Wait for 2017 A5.

  • They almost have the same specs except that nova has more ram 3gb compared to 2gb But a5 has a bigger screen 5.2 inches compared to 5 inches so its your choice

  • beautiful design, camera is very bad in night mode,it has some bugs sometimes...overall it`s not a bad phone but it could be better,I bought it 3 weeks ago

  • Hello, there's a deal right now on the huawei nova and galaxy a5 2016, both for the same money. I'd like to upgrade, but which one should I chose? My most important criteria are still camera and solidness (if that's a word). Thank you for your help

  • I wanna buy this phone...users plz tell me how the phone is....overall how is it?

  • you have the 6P ,right?

  • its the same as the p9 and p9 lite ... it scratches at a level Mo's mineral pick same as every smartphone whit gorilla glass 3-4.....

  • At this price no scratch resistant glass is not acceptable for me

  • Huawei Nova

  • There is band 7(2600). Do not mislead others. And not make fool of yourself.

  • Which phone better xiaomi mi5 or huawei nova

  • it has corning gorilla glass (2.5D curved glass) !!

  • huawei nova not band LTE 7 (2600) caz al10

  • 7

  • Huawei does not use TLE band 7 they use LTE band 7. Learn English end read the specs. carefully. The problem is solved.

  • Without OIS this camera is a joke!

  • 400$ on ebay,450$ in stores for a phone with same specs as Asus zenfone 3 5'2 that costs 300$ almost everywhere. And soon the Asus will get even cheaper in the US.Don't forget you can get Oneplus 3T (128 gb),Xiaomi mi 5s plus,Samsung S6 edge(32 gb) and LG G5 for the same price as the Huawei nova plus. For the price of huawei nova plus you can even get huawei P9 on discount.

  • What type of 4G is used? CAT 4 or CAT 6

  • If you like to throw your phone against the wall expecting the screen to be shiny, your answer might be YES. lol

  • i have huawei nova caz-AL10 but none TLE band 7 (2600) mhz fix problme

  • Is Gorilla Glass important?

  • like the features

  • B/G/N/ AC - 5 Ghz wifi speed

  • Question for a Nova owner: Is it possible to capture RAW(dng) files using a 3rd party app? The camera sensor is the same as the P9/Honor 8, so I'm curious if RAW capture is possible. (The Nova will be a good alternative for a mid range phone when the price drops in 6-8 months)

  • what the purpose of 802.11 AC?

  • No 802.11ac support either.

  • i hope Huawei extends color options of this great phone with frost white and titanium black (something like nexus 6P) although it hadn't happened before by Huawei!!!

  • No it's also much worse

  • Wow, Very nice, I love this samsung

  • so this is just a 5 inch version of the Nexus 6P

  • 35% in 30 minutes? How is that fast charging?

  • Yeah it's good i wasn't complaining.

  • The endurance rating says 84h, which is way above average and in the top 10-15 of phones, so the battery on this phone is good, could have been 500 mAh more, but still with S625 seems to do really well.

  • Funny, $400 phone no glass protection.

  • Don't bother, the little rice picker lacks knowledge to get your joke XD

  • Battery small ? It has 3000 battery, same as Samsung S7 and 2x more than iCrap 7 and none of their customers complaining.I don't think you own a phone that s good to know the real power of 3k battery and SD625 chipset combined.

  • 625 is always better than any high end MTK chipsets.

  • I have to disagree with you, I own the phone from every Chinese brand you mention and they are not as bad. Out of the 4, Only Gionee has the bad experience, worst support in my country, others like Huawei, Oneplus and Xiaomi actually not as bad. In fact, they are perfectly usable, and works till today. As least in my country not bad, service support quality depend on localization too. Using cloud storage has their own risk, even iCloud is not that secure. Moral of story is, don't save password and more personal stuff into the cloud, keep it in your home desktop computer is the most secure than make it online, or just memorized in mind. Unlike what you mention, my Chinese phone doesn't explode, doesn't get slow, doesn't hang either. I would also like to mention I use only stock rom, no rooting, no custom rom.

  • No Gorilla Glass? This phone is a joke

  • You can't really tell the difference. However, you can feel it. And 4k feels awesome.. (:

  • because your are not understand or because you dont understand? which is which? lol

  • sorry guys i just wonder if your naked eyes cannot tell if it is 4k or 3k or 2k or 1k what for you want a 4k in your phone? interesting ha...

  • Because you are not understand

  • Why r u asking this question if u already saw this detail on huawei website?

  • Price is very high for snapdragon 625. No fast charging. Battery is very small. Mi5 will be far better than it..

  • These Nova series look very cool, nice. They may be very good handsets as well, but too expensive, and the SD625 is a little week nowadays, at least SD652 or Kirin 950 should have been applied. So these Nova phones go far away from good bargain, rather go for P9 series...

  • oh really?? don't bother to buy, cause for us Huawei is the best compare to samsung and we love android than ioshit.

  • Snap dragon 625??? While all other else are going up from 820 t0 821...

  • What a load of nonsense. Huawei is one of the better players about bringing updates to their mid-range models. I mean come on, in certain locations the very mid range G7 (~250 Euro) is already getting Marshmallow after a previous update from Kitkat to Lollipop. And the updates work. There are other players out there with worse track records, My MIL had her Iphone 5 bricked by an update, when she brougth it in, they claimed it was caused by water damage, the damn thing didn't even touch water and the only thing that changed was the update.

  • Dearest unknown. No doubt about your factwritings! Also you must add,no after sales services,no updates,no upgrades, using the least almost outdated cheap apps,no innovation,VERY VERY HIGH PRICES!!!That's just buy and go and never look back!'Of course, sometimes, there are some unexpected exceptions to the rules in Chinese brands which is unjust and unfair not to mention them!!GsmArena is famous to support factwritingsfefearlessly that I hope GSM publishing factwritings!!!Thanks you and all mentioned names+undisclosables!!!Justice Rights.Omid12omidvar...

  • Bitter! Hehe.., huawei is powerful and safe..

  • In huawei site they say the phone can make 4K video. Is that true?

  • Whatever smartphones are coming these days all of them will fade away gradually.... Take either Huawei/One Plus/Xiaomi/Gionee or any other chinese smartphone, all are same in terms of specs... no innovation... But one can ask why the expensive mobiles like Apple,Nokia... The answer is because chinese mobile quality is very poor... Sometime battery explode, most of the times it gets hang or gets slow.... And the most important thing is that now-a-days everyone is coming up with their own cloud storage which is very risky as these chinese vendors can easily steal your valuable information (personal photos, passwords, card number etc.) from your personal database. I have used all these mobiles but for the last 2 years, I have been using iPhone 5s though it was costly but believe me its worthy and no such security concerns or quality issue. So its better to use only Nokia/iPhone....

  • Inspired by Nexus 6P . 😊

  • except for screen protection, i think it has fast charging, 'cause the chipset supports it (the s625 supports quick charge 3.0), maybe you need a compatible charger. USB type C, 4k video recording & 12 mp Large pixels is a nice extra though

  • Who was talking about USB?? :D

  • It is USB type c

  • But it has 4K, pretty big battery. :D

  • Man, this one looks so good, but it has only a 5 inch display. 5 inches were great 2 years ago maybe, but not now.

  • On the back looks the same as HTC one X9.And the X9 has same specs as this one, only diff chipset.

  • Don't let me down, don't let me down down down

  • I can't see fast charging, I can't see usb on the go, I can't see gorilla glass 4, I can't see sterio speakers, yet is expensive.. Huawei don't let me down oo.

  • In the Netherlands, the price is expected to be at around €399. This currency is Euros, hoping that I helped you out. In case you want the Plus version, this will be €429

  • Gorilla Glass? Quick Charge??

  • I have two Nexus 6P. They are great. There prices are falling. Bought one new and one for $360 and it is perfect -- like new, not one blimish.

  • where are the stereo speakers ??? Like new Nexus for this year, the stereo speakers disappear !!! so stupid

  • This look like a phone from 3 years back... Doesnt look new at all..

  • Oh Huawei, what went wrong? is this phone Nexus 6p or mate s2 ? It doesn't resemble mate s at all but rather Nexus 6P. Please say you made a mistake in the naming of the phone and correct yourself, how come!

  • Same :)

  • I would rather have a 6p

  • Probably £500

  • Can anyone predict the price of this device please? I will really appreciate that.

  • front bezels are looking ugly. overall phone is good
