  • Hi, please I need solutions... I am using the infinix hot 6X (2GB) Ram, I have done a system update on it once but it keeps showing me system update even when I just did it. Just last night I did bc it ws always notification tab. After every thing done it when rebooted and showed final finishing of update . Since den the my phone is working abnormally . It's not responding to my touch at all. Like it freezes please what should I do to restore it back to pressable phone . I don't want to flash it.

  • my 6x start to freeze, due to much apps i have installed so far..even my internal storage is filled and i only have just 2GB memory card i install inside it.and is also filled up..that why it started to hang..apart from that,the phone is sweet no issues since 11 december 2018 i bought even if it has fell 2 time and crack alover the screen,but it still functions perfectly..infinx indeed a nice strong phone.go for it
