  • This has got to be the WORSE phone I've EVER owned!!! Frankly it looks great, just like a Galaxy. BADA 2.0 software SUCKS!! When i got it about 3 months ago (as a gift) it was fast, good response. I now have barely 20 pics on there, NO video, NO mp3, and it takes FOREVER to respond. Voice command works 5% of the time. The 'call log' feature has magically disappeared 2 months ago, i can now only see missed calls. My 4GB micro SD with all my pics and mp3 broke in half when i tried to remove it, so i'm not used any other SD card at the moment. Apps useless...ChatON - Not supported in my country. AllShare...doesnt work. Infecct GAME - DEMO, i have to BUY the full version. Music Hub - Not supported in my country. Samsung Apps - doesn't work. YouTube - stopped working 2 months ago. Cnt view ANY videos. Only thing it's good for, taking pics, listening to MP3, FM Radio, Google Search, internet browser & e-mails, Calculator, Memo, Clock...oh and making calls. BTW IM messenger? Doesn't work either. My previous phone was a Blackberry Curve 8900 and THAT is the best phone I've ever used. I think i'm going back to Blackberry. [email protected]

  • Don't go for Bada.....Android is Best. I'm having Wave II and regret my decision of going for bada 1 year back. So, that too heard news that Bada will be discontinued by mid 2013. So, better to be away from it.

  • Since both Y & M belong to the same price group, M is a better option as it has better features. However, do check the actual market price. Nevertheless, I suggest, don't invest way too much on it as technology gets better and cheaper, every day.

  • My Experience with my Samsung Wave M Phone. MERITS: 1.Big touchscreen(for me). 1a.Better touch quality 2.Good Music Player. 3.Good messaging option. 4.Reliable mobile. 5.Good camera. DEMERITS: 1.Low screen resolution. 2.Memorycard under the battery. 3.Average battery life(lasts for a day). 4.No document viewer. 5.Didn't get a single motion sensor app.(and also many games seems for only kids). 6.Didnt like the roll of right bottom screen which ends the currently running app(can make huge disappointment if pressed accidently). conclusion: dont buy 'bada' mobiles untin manufacturers realize the above demerits and make a better phone than this.

  • I have Got my sister Wave M. The problem is that whenever she tries to login Samsung app store from the phone it gives error process failed although she had registered for Samsung app the problem occurs, even if we want to delete the Samsung app account it says process failed. The password enter is correct because when we enter a wrong password purposefully it says that the password is wrong. Also the current issue of Kies app store not working has added to the woes. Please help me in this matter.

  • you will suffer a lot for updates and apps. its not a mature os and will find bugs....for older bada devices bada promised to release bada 2.0 updates to be released by october 2011 but it delayed the update and was busy in launching new devices with bada 2.0 OS. after some months you will also be on the same stage where older bada device users are waiting for updates and watching new devices launched with the same new version of bada OS....wish you happy bada experience and supporting apps downloads!!!!

  • I don't think it is so bad. The price is around �200, that should be around Rs/-13,000. (ofcourse the shops may change the price). I think, for the needs that we have in India (no GPS in all cities, no wifi everywhere, the processor speed above 800Ghz etc.), the phone is worth it's price. I would have prefered it with Android operating system, with the same price. If the "Akash" works well, with a bit more battery life and memory, faster processor etc, should be a good option (even if the price is around 5000). God bless.

  • the main disappointing issue i had when read the spec section is the BATTERY LIFE.. i've been using Samsung Wave 533 (S5333 had just 1200mAH batterypack within) and i really like a lot about its battery life (both for standby and ongoing calls, excluding when i use the internet connection-i self-compared/benchmarked with my ex-phone Samsung Galaxy mini with the same batterypack capacity), it can stand for 3-4days standby time and approx. 2days long when i use the phone for call with 2-5hours talktime a day.. oh..poor bada 2.0..

  • A nice looking phone. The resolution is just slightly too small on a 3,65 screen but it did its job in Iphones and Galaxy Ace. Overall it looks like an awesome value for money. Especially since Bada 2 looks great.
