I've this had the phone for 6.5 years and the only thing wrong with it is that I've had to replace the battery as it died. I love this phone - screen is thoroughly scratched (all my fault) now but still readable, especially indoors, still on par with other phones in call quality and texing if you don't mind the candy bar format. I'll be on my third battery soon but for someone who's overexposed to all the fancy gadgets around them, this phone will be a refreshing reminder of what a phone was meant to be - great at what it does and then some.

A kind of durable phone, but what I liked the most is the camera! It is a VGA camera but it has the clearest image of all VGA cameras I've ever had! If the resolution is not that important for you when making photos by phone, with this one you will get high quality images ! However, I don't like the joystick!

I have my Nokia Asha 303 now but still, this phone works very well. It does occasionally turn off automatically when there is insufficient RAM, but can be worked on though. It fell countless times on my double deck bed but this phone is rock-hard! You can do free Opera Mini so easily that even recent smartphones would envy. And lots of downloadable Java games! Even games with higher resolution work on it (but of course, the screen is a mere 128x160 so they're not fully displayed on-screen). It can also do simple multitasking. The loudspeaker also sounds stunning. Overall, a great phone!

This was my second cellphone, this one was the best cellphone that i had, i had it for 4 years and it was destroyed i throw it to the air and it divided into 3 different pieces, then i let it fall to the floor and i assemble it and it was working fine, then i had a motorola zn300 and then a SE k510 xD, but now if u think of the so modern phones, they dont have such durability and quality to support raw eviroments :D RIP My SE K310 I'll always remember the times that we passed playing with the infrarred :D

There is alwayas a tower problem with sony ericssion mobile.its tower catching intensity is very low n this problem is main drawback of sonyericssion mobile.n for web browsing n the quality regarding the sound no body is going to beat d sony ericssion phone.

I have this phone since around late 2006 early 2007, and I still have it now. It was accidentally dropped quite a couple of times already and the only damage was: the tiny slots/locks at the rear part were chipped off. I only put a scotch tape across it to secure the back cover. Other than that, I have no problems after all of these years. I already bought/use different kinds of cellphones from then till now but my Ericsson K310i is still here, working. :) My only concern is this: I had it's GPRS and WAP properly configured before by a customer service rep of my mobile provider. Then through the years I need to change prepaid SIMS by other mobile service providers. Now that I want to use a permanent SIM on the phone, I can no longer send/receive MMS and videos because the GPRS and WAP configurations have been overridden. I brought my phone to my mobile service providers center but the person who configured my phone some years back is no longer there. We tried following the print out configurations provided by the mobile network but it is still not working. I know there is some misconfiguration somewhere and the mobile provider representatives can't help me. They don't know how to setup an Ericsson phone! :( I am really so frustrated now because I want my Ericsson K310i to work in sending and receiving MMS and videos again. Can you please help me? (I can give you my mobile service provider's name if you need to know it, for their correct configurations.) Thank you. Looking forward to your help.

I used it for almost 3 years and now using yet. Great phone. I have talked for almost 300 hrs, 2000 sms, 800 mms, 3 GB data on gprs. Only little problem is with joystick rest ok good nice phone. Once I had software problem then I reinstalled it's main software myself via online. Again it's like new one.

It is very tough also. Have dropped it infinite times. But still just a crack in the casing, nothing else. It's gold for the money you pay.

one more thing, this phone can NOT backup sms in any way. however if u need to save ur sms, u can move them to saved-mssges folder b'coz it will be stored in the simcard, the capacity depending on the card. mine can save up to 40 sms's. then u have to copy the mssg's to another handset that can save them from the sim. or if u don't need the mssg details such as its time, u can copy-all the text n paste in new notes (retype the details urself if needed) then send them via IR if the sms cost does matter..

for joystick problem, backup (move) all ur datas to PC first n run master reset. after it's completed restore the datas back to phone n make sure that its 15MB only capacity is not fulfilled, give it at least 1.5MB, also try to defrag the files by PC using removable-media supported defragmenter. if u wish to increase the capacity up to 28MB, u can re-flash ur k310 with w200 firmware, as the tricks given in cellphones repairing forums. * i'm typing this comment using my k310 n no such problem0,,, :)

I have that phone for over 5 years now, but i don't use it now. I can tell, that this phone can be more durable than you thought it were. the only problem is the joystick, since instead of navigating through the phone, it just shows the shutdown menu. Sometimes, you can fix it just by dropping it on the floor (not whacking it because you could break the screen!). I think that this mobile is a good phone for everyone!

All you have to do is go to a sony ericsson authorized service centre and ask them to install a new k310 i software.I think yours one is a spiderman 3 edition.By Installing the new software not only you can get rid of the videos,but you can also get an additional 2.5MB Memory Space

I had this phone 2 years ago and this phone feels so comfortable. It's easy, it has quite a lot of features like watching pictures in landscape, put some music, the camera is pretty good considering its a VGA, the design feels so comfortable and it's small. Really good phone for its price. I've converted my phone to a w200 so I have the walkman and I have flash themes which makes this phone even better.

In my opinion, comparing prices, ergonomy, etc is the best phone I ever had, saw or manoevring in my life, until now. Just few problems, first one is about the button that start or closed the phone (a nightmare), second problem the lack of memory. I still have the phone from 2 years (battery life with reduction of screen light is about 4 days, even if battery shown 10% you can talk for about few minutes and time of recharging is about 1� hours). This model it's a survivor, it was thrown in a wall 2 times, after that was repaired, display was also changed but works just fine. And now I want a new phone with a better camera, FM radio and micro SD card slot :-).

I used it 2 years. It�s a good quality phone. Basically, is the sony ericsson w200 with a different chasis. Has the same memory (27mb), but limited by software to 14mb. Does not have the radio and memory stick. It can be converted to w200 software, and works fine. Not many benefits. Memory grows up to 27 mb, walkman function works, and you can use w200 menus, which are nicier. Convertion has some risks, and takes about 1 hour if you are newbie like me, os 30 minutes if you know what flashing is. Unlocked can work for most companies. Quality is not only technical specifications. I used an alcatel otc552 and a sony ericsson j300, and k310 is much better. Software works fine. Battery is almost the same than j300 but not made in china, and lasts longer, etc. Joystick is starting to fail. But lasted enough...

We have to install only modem drivers that ask for first time when you inserted with usb cable to computer. Use *99# as dialing number and no username and password. i've had this phone for two years and some, and its probably the best i've owned. took quite a beating (i dropped it more than a few times and it flew right apart - battery cover, battery and the phone scattered across the floor...lol, but i'd put it together and bam. good as new. now and again it'll restart itself, or just shut off, but this is minor considering what its been through. has just the right balance of features for someone on a budget (was a student at the time) and a pretty cool design. really dig the joystick, wish some of the newer models used em. gonna upgrade to a w760 this week, hopefully all goes well with it.

It never given any trouble to me. since, the memory n camera's r d concern which's not upto level..but its worth every penny i spent. it has my utmost satisfaction. really, enjoying it...my joystick probably working well, till now(am lucky enough!!!)

I've been using K-310 for three years. At the time I bought it, K-310 was a very nice-priced model when compared to other brands' models with similar features. I was warned (by a tech guy) that Sonys are known as too fragile machines (I didn't care -it was a very nice buy). I used it very carefully, however it didn't change K-310's blind faith: after the 1st year the joystick started having problems -wasn't responding sometimes-. After 3 years of use, first, the cheap sticker on the front is gone a few months ago, and my mobile started to look awful -didn't care too much 'cause it is only an aesthetical problem, but now I have a ***joystick that doesn't respond at all. It is totally gone. Hence, the menus and contacts are all inaccessible. I will try to backup my contacts somehow and buy something else which could work fine for a longer time -a Samsung or a Nokia maybe?-

@imran you must install Sony Ericcson PC Suite and Disc2Phone, bacause windows xp doesn't see automatically the phone. Install those programs, and after that connect your computer via usb cable and it will work. It will make a connection, as My Sony Ericsson K310. If you use it as Data transfer (from those 2 options) it will work as an memory stick, and as a phone, it will work as a modem, or you can use disc2phone to transfer files. Yeah! This one is Great! Easy to install Java applications/games. Nice looking. I special love the feature to minimize any application and then run it any when you want by active button (as Task manager). You know I tried BenQ C30 but it's really disappointed at using, installing and anythings.

Well, it's a nice phone, it has the best sound I've ever heard! But it only has an infrared port and no bluetooth, the camera is only 0.3mp, it's not compatible with memory card, so it's not such a good phone. Right now I have this phone, but soon I'm getting a new phone and it's a Nokia 3500 Classic. Take a look at this phone, it's almost the same price and I'd say, it's hundreds times better.

Contacts can be put into groups on your phone press the joystick down or menu>contacts (or press the '8' when you're in the main menu) then go to options and there is an option for groups. I dont understand though how any one could be displeased with this phone. I've had it for over a year and i've pretty much done everything with it. Sure it's camera isn't all that but it is one of the cheapest camera phones and thats exactly the point if you want a better camera phone buy one. And if you want a better music phone buy one preferably one starting with a 'W'. :) This phone's specs was meant to be mid to low range and it's price should reflect that. What i know is it can take pictures, play and stream music and videos, handle 3d games and can be used as a modem. If you want a phone that does all of those any better you'd have to pay a hell of a lot more. For me at the price I paid for it, (less than 50 U$), it's sufficient. It even withstands all the torture i put it through .lol. :) I cant tell you how many times i've dropped it... and nothing has happened. not yet anyway. :)

U can tranfer mp3 both from pc/download from internet. Use USB cable for fast transfer. Infrared/downloading from internet may slow.

well what u use? USB or INFARED? install PC suite and connect ur k310i to PC. Open PC suite.. here u'll see an option 'Mobile Networking Wizard' click it. then click "New Connection" and give a name of the connection. then click NEXT.. NEXT untill u get APN (ACCESS POINT NAME). fill up ur Network internet APN.. do not use WAP or MMS APN.. then finish the process. Now click on ur created profile and click CONNECT... thats all !!

Well you can delete your video by one trick. Follow the instructions 1. Connect your phone with pc by your DCU 60 usb data cable and backup your necessary files ( picture, ring tone etc) 2. Turn off your phone or select FILE TRANSFER mood from MENU> SETTINGS> CONNECTIVITY> USB CONNECTION 3. Click My computer on your Pc and you'll see the Drives of the computer with a new removal drive (that is your phone memory) 5. Right click on your phone memory removal drive and click FORMAT 6. You can format your FAT16 file system with QUICK FORMAT. 7. After format your all data only on FILE MANAGER will be deleted (not contacts, sms, settings etc). 8. Now PASTE your backup and u'll found that the video is gone! .

there's 2 way to send pic,video 4m ur phone 2 PC. Buy an Infra-red device or a DCU-60 USB data cable. download SONY ERICSSON PC SUITE. verson 1.50 best works with k310i then newer verson. after connecting with PC suite u maybe send ur DATA via infra red. You can send DATA without PC suite if u use DCU-60 DATA cable. Ur phone'll be like a PEN DRIVE with that! u can save more than 15 full mp3 songs if u compess the size via MP3 GOLD COMPRESSOR software!!

to Mini, of course you can transfer your pics and videos to pc. all you need is an usb cable, borrow one from one of your friends who got sony ericsson phone. you can use a w300, 800. 810, 550 or any another new se model because its the same. when you will connect your phone to the pc your phone will appear like a memory stick, and all you gotta do is to copy/paste the movie :) if it isn't working in this way, you can download sony ericsson pc suite and transfer files with their official programs. good luck, dude :)

@ Ahsan, I would suggest you not to buy it. I have had this phone for more than a year now, and i have become rather irascible about it's extremely poor reception and abysmal sound quality. It has non-expandable memory, and that takes away a fat lot of points as well. Go for Nokia. I'd suggest you save up, spend some more on a truly feature-rich and classy phone. Nokia 6300 just fits the bill! :)

to rene, yes you can play a video in the same time with downloading. all you have to do is to add media player in the activity menu. and, when you download something, you can push activity button, choose media player, video and play :) this won't interrup your download. good luck ;)

Im having this fone for about 4 months. No problem with its operating system, smooth menu & also stable never get stuck since im using it. It also have good java support. But its main minus point is its bettary. Lasts not more then 2 days. If i play games and mp3s it lasts for less then a day. Its ubc display is not good compared to k510i. It has an average vga camera. Although this is a good fone and im setisfied with it. I recomend this fone for those who doesnt care about mp3 but want a good java fone to check mails with e.g. flurry, read rss feeds with news reader, make calls and sms. Ok good luck.

Just bought this one for my wife, took the misty silver one. Already have a SE K750, and the best thing is the K750 cable data, charger & handsfree are perfectly matched. So i won't have to use the slow IR to copy games, tones, mp3 & themes from k750 and all of them are works. I even can swithes contact between both phones, makes me easier to backup my contacts (just in case one of them is stolen). Speaker quality is average, but is excellent in earphones.

This fone is pretty reliable, i'm proud to call it my own. Good camera and video quality plus it can take a couple falls. People to save memory download a Media converter that will compress the files on your computer and then send the file to your fone via USB cord or Infra Red.

hey there, i have this phone 7 months with me and so far no single scratch on the screen nor the body, no joystick problems, no service, its like new, thats because i know how to treat a phone, if u want better reading in sunlight just use a high contrast theme, this phone is a good looking budget winner.

@george, nothing happened, its just that this phone has an option to interpolate the picture to 1MP, its just a gimmick, the picture only gets stretched to that proportions, its the same vga pic digitally zoomed.

Camera can be replaced. i'm not sure about sony ericsson but i've seen that done with nokia & siemens phone. even i've seen adding BLUETOOTH on NOKIA 6020 by replacing it's infrared port. So hardware may be changed easily on ericsson and can be turned it 1.m i think.

Why some people complain about this phone? for its price this is a good product with enough features. if anyone says 'why no bluetooth?, why no slot card?' better think about it twice. if u need bluetooth n card slot, buy k750 which is cheaper Now. In 3-4 year before, what do u get with t610/t630 feature? the price is expansive u just get cif camera n 2mb memory. but now, with just only a cheaper price we got: 1. vga camera n video recording 2. fast processor 3. 15mb free memory 4. support many kind of audio format such as mp3, wav, amr, n etc 5. new java version (midp 2.0) which have higher score when tested with jbenchmark (400). n theres no problem if u download 3d java games. i compare the jbenchmark score against moto e2 (expansive product) n k310 is 410, e2 is 250. 7. speed gprs 8. browser which support html/xhtml 9. 200 inbox sms fiuh..theres many, many, i want to tell about the good side this fon. but its not fair if i'm not tell about bad side, heres my comment: 1. bad camera in vga class 2. camera is slow when save photo, ecpecialy when extended resolution 3. phone body was not strong. u can feel the diffrence when grab nokia 6070/80 4. joystick is easy to stuck 5. keypad are hard to press -thats all-

K310 is a really nice phone if u have internet or a usb! those who complain about the phone not having bluetooth better get internet or a usb! u cant live your life thinkin that u'll alwayz get stuff from otherz! learn how to download your own stuff, then u wont have a problem with the K310! Its features are ENDLESS! U will neva get bored of the 3D games! the fact that it has 15MB doesnt bother me because if u want plenty mp3s, u can alwayz compress them! it doesnt freeze, the cam is good, the internet is a bit bad but i got myself Opera Mini 3.0 and im having no problemz! WELL DONE SONY ERICSSON!!

Right now I have 136 sms in my inbox folder and never received an sms storage alert. In case it fills up, you can select wich ones you keep with you and wich ones not with check boxes or you could just delete them all at once, nice feture. The battery cand hold up to 4 days in standby mode I think. Usually I charge every 2 days without a problem. 1 day when I use Opera mini, games and mp3. I dont know what do you need to do in order to break the joystick, what are a you a gorilla or something? Learn to take care of a phone! The joystick is ok to me, no problem with it.

The quality and features of K series older brothers is here in this budget phone! 1-The display is bad under sunlight. 2-To set the loudspeaker you must click the joystick (not before the call is answered!) and scroll it twice or three times to set it on, the same to disactivate. Those are the cons. But I prefer it to the Motorola L7, which is less friendly user.

Why compare your k800 with the k310? it's like comparing a lamborghini gallardo to a smart fortwo.... now, in it's price range, it cant be beat...nokia's 6020 and 6030 or even the venerable 6070 pales in comparison to this phone... it may not have bluetooth or a nifty megapixel camera, but hey, were talking about an entry level phone here so chill...

Hi: Weeks ago i want to buy a all in one phone (mainly for playing mp3) but i decided to buy separated a mp3 and a cellphone cutting the cost by a half :-D IMHO this cell is just (no more, no less) a cellphone, the camera stink and while you can play mp3 (or put a mp3 for a ringtone) 15 megas is not enough. but it's a cheap phone, lightweigh (in comparison with the other brothers of Sony Ericssons), is cute,nice screen, have good signal, have nice tools, some 3d games and such. Also this cellphone came with a update online, you just need to buy the dcu-60 cable, install the program and update the phone. Sadly many companies sold this phone with annoying options, screensaver and themes, eating resource of the 15mb that came initially. You can disable it but you cannot remove it (not at least for free).

the home symbol means the profile has been set to "HOME". you can change it my pressing the top power button slightly once and then select "NORMAL". THE PROFILE WILL BE CHANGED TO NORMAL.

For the money this is a great phone. A lot of memory and a great icon based menu system. Very easy to use. The screen is readable in sunlight. Very good keys works well with male fingers too. If you want Bluetooth buy the K320i - a little more expensive. The only negative is the grey colored platic on the side looks cheap.

Read all that you guys said before, but couldn't find how to delete the preset stuff like games and themes. In the file manager won't work marking the theme you want to delete. It sais one or more files could not be deleted. They are protected... Thanks anyway!!

The camera isn't high quality, but geez, it doesn't cost like what those other camera phones would. Christ. Besides, those are people looking at the techie stuff. This phone comes equipped and ready for many internet applications, which makes it perfect for on the go (the My friends feature is a plus, even though most late SE models come with it). All in all, if you can't afford an expensive phone like most the techie's here will reccomend (people who buy phones for two weeks then discard them and get new ones), get this one. I just love this phone.. The screen is pretty ok, and the camera can take pictures and video. Quality is average since its only VGA. But for the proce of P 5500.00 ($ 110.00 ) its pretty fine. yes u can delete the themes and the games just go to the file manager choose themes and press more then choose mark and choose mark all or mark several if u have marked the theme you want to delete, go to more and choose delete. but in games go again to the file manager, choose games, press more choose delete or delete all. I am using SE K310i and i advise you that you should choose K310i because its interface is fast, smart and signal reception is wonderful. -SS X640 and all mid-level phones from SS, in generally, nothing is special, thier displays never show the both name and number of the caller together when a call coming. - Motor L6 and others from Motor, you never touch to them. They are slow, short time battery, difficult to use except slim only.

i am using this phone since the last four months and have not come across even a single problem. good battery life, loud sound and good camera (not so good in the dim light). supports all kinds of 3d java games and applications. the only drawback is 12 MB memory. the infrared and gprs functions (with html browser) work great and no problem with the joystick. rating: overall- 8.5/10 performance- 10/10. if you are thinking of buying it then just go for it!

to Tariq & all: go for it man its better than K300i, i too have k300i previously for more than a year & it IS the best phone ever, i used all smart phones of nokia & moto but SE k300i was the best until i discover new k310i with usefull imporvements, I rate 90/100 for k300i & K310i scores 95/100 as far as i have tested. You would discover how the feactures are upgraded to suite every day life from k300i to k310i. phonebook 1000 entries, 200 sms storage, memory limited(unlimited) high quality video recording, call recording, pic quailty has also improved, 14 mb user memory actually it has 15mb but due to preinstalled stuff user would have aprox. 13-14mb of free memory. Horizontal pic & video playback possible. Nice & much usefull impovemnts as one could imagine. Great buy man! i have just purchased it last month in Rs 5950/- in Hyderabad (Pakistan) Mobile zone Warrenty but i recommend go for United mobile warrenty cell phones bcoz i heard from someone inside these MZ & United mobile companies that United mobile import there stuff from Malaysia and MZ imports from China so its better to get United mobile warrenty cell phones. go for it your won'nt regret it...

Hi, to sum it all simply, this a good, really good phone for the price it has. U cant find a better phone for this price, believe me, so if you dont have much money(like me) and want a phone with cool features(it has features that in other brands will cost more money) then get this phone. I can say I'm happy with this phone. Of course, when I have a job will get a k790 or a w810. Oh yeah, the camera is not that good, but since its a bugdet phone you cant complain. I dont know any other phone for this price that has 15 mb of internal memory, other phones of this category have 1, 2 and 4 mb at most, so for the price its an excellent phone. Nice screen, plays mp3, has IR port, calendar, java 3d, good memory, average camera, average video, 40 tone midi, cool design, small, good battery, ok speaker, excellent UI(this is where SE stands out), the package comes with USB cable. Hey, its a bargain. Good job SE.

to flo: u can even play mp3 files encoded at 192kbs, 48khz, stereo. the sound quality is ok, also when listening on the headset. but, as i said, the phone just doesn't have enough memory. after transferring 3 or 4 mp3 tracks the memory is full. u can try to re-compress the mp3 files (56 kbs, 32khz, mono) and the melodies will have then 1,5-2mb each.

SE k310i is a low end phone, 15 MB of shared memory, it means, if it will have bluetooth then its useless. Infared will do fine. Though, SE should give it an FM for an upgarde to its K300i sibbling.

Hi I bought two weeks back. I like it. It can be best compared with Motorola L6. First L6- It has blueooth, 640*480 camera and a sleek design. Memory about 8 mb that is usable. Price about Rs5500 in India. Now K310i. Its a better buy I think. Sound quality quite OK, Camera is also 640*480, pretty fine. Memory 12MB usable. Good Design but not as good as L6. What it lacks is that there is not FM, there is no bluetooth and handsfree is not provided with it. Though blueooth would be provided in K320, that is coming soon.

Compared to the K300 this has a bigger(not better) screen,it is about the same size(just a little smaller) and has slightly longer battery life(theoritically).I use it as a backup phone and it is quite good for the money.What concerns me is the quality of the plastic.

It's a good phone, nice display and sound too. I have one for about 1 week and the "call" key is not working as it should. You have to push it harder to get a result, but I think this is my "good" luck. The camera is not so great, but if you want nice pictures go get a photo camera. The battery last for 3-4 days. An interesting thing is that you move realy fast through the menu.

how many audio tracks u can store in it? i depends. the total amount of memory is 15mb (at mine i can't delete some demo games, so it's about 13). a trick is to re-compress the mp3 tracks (56kb/s, mono, 22 or 32kHz). this way u'll be able to store up to 10 tracks (the re-compressed having about 1.2-1.5mb each), and u won't feel the difference listening them on the phone's speaker. but the ideea is that this phone wasn's built for that. it's just a cheap phone that satisfies the average/beginner user. it would be nice if it had at least a card slot.

I think that's the best you can get!! As for a minus, SE was in a hurry for releasing a new model when designed it, so, when you hold it horizontally you lose a lot of his ringing volume. just bought this phone last night. the screen is better than CSTN and samsung UFB. it does fade on the edge of the screeen. still can read under sunlight like other kinds of screen. ringtone volume is too weak. reception n sound quality is good.

It says "Exchangeable Style-Up covers". There are no such thing , not even on Oficial Sony_ERicsson page. And covers are hard to change, u need to unscrew the basic screws for that.Nokia rules at covers.

To Indol: Well i must b able to give u right suggestion as i hav used K300 for 13 months n now i am a proud owner of K750. K310 has UBC screen with 1.8" screen whereas K300 had 1.6" STN screen.The latest screen is a much improvement as the previous was a lot pale showing lots of grains(noise) n very bright shade making the screen to read difficult in bright sunny light.But otherwise that was a good set with simple features.The new model inherits all the good points and takes them a bit further. U will enjoy K310. I ensure you.

Please Help!!!!! Can people with this phone tell me how tight the back cover is? My cover is not falling off but the back cover on the right side (with screen facing you) is "tighter" than the left side. This is near the screen not where the battery is. I mean it is sometimes creaky when holding the phone due to the slightly loose fit. If you examine the phone, at the top right of the batter cover there is a slight (very slight) gap. Is this common build quality?

This phone is great comparing to its price. As for the display anyone can correct the fading effect a little bit by adding/decreasing original contrast level. On idle screen press joystick >, push*; joystick < 2 times, push*; joystick

Charged up Sunday night, took several pics, made about 10 (short calls), transfered files via infrared (vibrates to receive), used alarm every day, some video but not saved and battery is at about 40% left. I have had several SE phone before. My last was a K300i. This phone designe is much better comparing to that of K300. Disadvantages: less power of the speaker, doesn't show talking time of each call, difficult to read UBC display in sunshine, camera resolution only 640x480 and little bit blurred. Advantages: more battery power, bigger memory, unique sms ringtone can be set, beautiful sound, shows battery state, better midi and mp3 ringtones.Illumination power can be set to 50% to raise standby and/or talking time.

Yeah!! Great phone!! I loved testing this one. For what is ment to be, this piece is working well, feels well, good battey life, good menu, etc... It could be a hit in low end category.

dis fone is redi out. my fren has it. in malaysia. not dat much functions n da screen is kinda blured. but da camera is fancy..wit da sideways style aka k750i. other than dat..nothin much. p/s da screen is big though.

well the features look gud hope the price is also gud. im eagerly waiting for it 2 come. it was going 2 b launched in Q2 n Q2 has begun. i hope it is launched soon. but i believe SE shuld hve provided a FM radio at dis low cost also like nokia does.

UBC is actually an upgrade of cstn screens like the difference btw a gba & a gba.sp fr nintendo 1 is front lit while 1 is backlit. the internal memory will be 16mb like thez520

satulengo the k300 has a vga cam not a 1.3 mpxl it interpolates pics to make them seem like they r 1.3 mpxl but the sensor still captures them at 640*480 pxl resolution

great phone, the best on the entry level! bluetooth is a big plus at this level (this phone is close to the k500 but with bluetooth, for a cheap phone this is really a great pack)... by the way k300 is only vga, like this one.
