Samsung Galaxy Xcover FieldPro - User Reviews

  • I would love an unlocked version of the SM-G889A (AT&T)

  • The Samsung Galaxy XCover Field Pro: comes equipped with a 4,500mAh removable battery that can be replaced with the second unit supplied in the box.

  • Samsung Galaxy Xcover FieldPro : Chipset Exynos 9810 (10 nm) . network technology co : LTE Modem: LTE Cat.18 (6CA) 1.2Gbps (DL) / Cat.18 (2CA) 200Mbps (UL) ? OS : now Android 10 Q ? WLAN : Wi-Fi 802.11 ax ? Battery : Non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery. Fast battery charging : 5V 8A 40W / (70% in 30 min). Battery life : Endurance rating 105 h.

  • Yeah but this phone is made for a building/construction site m8.

  • My bad. I checked Samsung's official page. The Xcover is indeed that large and heavy compared to the Active range. Wish more OEMs went down this road with more choices under 70mm width.

  • Wait. So a 5.1-inch, 16:9 screen, 4000mah battery S7 Active is 148.8 x 74.9 x 9.9 mm. An S8 Active with a 5.8 inch 18:9 screen and 4000mah battery is 151.9 x 74.9 x 9.9 mm. And this with a 5.1 inch 16:9 screen and 4500mah battery is 158.5 x 80.7 x 14.2 mm? I actually like this phone, but is it really that large or is there an error in the specification sheet?

  • If only this phone had a flagship tier specs, like a S10 active. If it had better specs, I would have bought it to replace my S7 Active. I love a flat 16:9 screen with physical buttons!

  • So an S8 active with no real upgrades, fun they put out an active tablet but not phone. Why. Also why cut for cost saving. Why not just put a S10 in a more durable body. Why is that so hard? Same goes with the active tablet. I don't buy out dated stuff new. Isn't worth the time or money.

  • If this is released to the public i can upgrade my s8 active to this, amazing battery and fingerprint sensor on the back. Hardware buttons on the front. Amazing design and 1440p screen!

  • A shoot they wasted perfect opportunity to do stereo speakers... :c

  • You also forgot Fingerprint sensor from S8 & buttons from Xcover earlier models. :)

  • Its meant to be fast and durable, most people who want this want a cheaper device so nerfing the camera and not using the latest chip is a good cost cutting measure...

  • I like mobile display 4.5 to 5 inch I hope that is very best mobile

  • Most of these specs are taken from Galaxy S6 from 2015. Chip from S9, battery from A70.

  • You’re always making a phone that’s not available worldwide. 🤬

  • Samsung, regarding your rugged phone line, you can actually change the game even more by having a rugged version of some of the phones you come out with....for example a Rugged Samsung Galaxy Note 10 would with a simple stylus would be interesting......just saying. Always on the look out..... VIP

  • this phone is the greatest of them all

  • A nice rugged smartphone but samsung should have added a telephoto or ultra wide camera.

  • It's for Spies Like Us.

  • I'm pretty sure that this phone isn't targeted towards the normal consumer.

  • What are you all on about... for the purpose of being "rugged", this is a dang good phone

  • this phone is only for the governement agents and spys

  • As usual the stupidity of samsung, 2019 phone for 2013 model wth.

  • Is this a joke? :D I mean such a huge body, yet so small yesterday sized screen? No 4K recording. At least the battery life will be surely very good!

  • phone has removable battery and launching w/ oreo not pie also want to know if phone has qi charging

  • Notches? There's no steenking notches.... Wait, there isn't one. Someone needs to update gsmarena on this one.. Srsly, check out samsung's own news page with specs at:

  • Internal is poor what if 64gb 4gb ram or 64gb 6gb ram?

  • this is for guberment only i think

  • Three flash LEDs on the back yet not a single one is dual-tone. I guess thats not a big deal on a rugged phone but come on Samsung.

  • Price?

  • Non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery? well, better check your facts again, 'cause according to Samsung, the battery is user replaceable a.k.a. removable .

  • No Fast Charging.

  • 3/32 ?

  • Notch is a drawback
